二次心理應(yīng)激干預(yù)對特種兵血清蛋白質(zhì)譜變化的影響

【摘要】:目的探討重復(fù)心理應(yīng)激干預(yù)對特種作戰(zhàn)部隊新兵血清蛋白質(zhì)譜表達(dá)的影響。方法將96名某部特種作戰(zhàn)部隊新兵隨機(jī)均分為單純心理訓(xùn)練組、循環(huán)心理訓(xùn)練組和對照組,分別訓(xùn)練4周后,參加為期1d的高強(qiáng)度模擬防暴演習(xí),并于演習(xí)結(jié)束后第3天,再次參加未被預(yù)先告知的高強(qiáng)度模擬防暴演習(xí)。于兩次演習(xí)結(jié)束后4h內(nèi)抽取3組新兵血清,采用表面增強(qiáng)激光解吸電離飛行時間質(zhì)譜(SELDI-TOF-MS)技術(shù)結(jié)合蛋白質(zhì)芯片檢測血清蛋白表達(dá)譜的變化并進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析。結(jié)果方差分析結(jié)果顯示,首次演習(xí)后3組血清中質(zhì)荷比(M/Z)為6417.8、9134.2、15 171.9、14 972.7D的4種蛋白質(zhì)相對含量有顯著差異(P0.05),且循環(huán)訓(xùn)練組4種蛋白表達(dá)均顯著增高;重復(fù)演習(xí)后4種蛋白質(zhì)相對含量也呈明顯升高趨勢(P0.05),特別是對照組與首次演習(xí)后比較上升明顯(P0.05)。結(jié)論心理訓(xùn)練可使應(yīng)激后血清中低表達(dá)的蛋白明顯上調(diào)。重復(fù)性高強(qiáng)度的抗應(yīng)激訓(xùn)練可迅速提高機(jī)體的心理抗應(yīng)激能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of repeated psychological stress intervention on the expression of serum protein profile in recruits of special operations troops. Methods Ninety-six recruits from a special operations unit were randomly divided into three groups: the simple psychological training group, the circulatory psychological training group and the control group. After 4 weeks of training respectively, they participated in a high-intensity simulated riot control exercise for a period of one day, and on the third day after the exercise. Participate again in a high-intensity simulated riot control exercise without prior warning. Serum samples of three groups of recruits were collected within 4 hours after two exercises. Surface enhanced laser desorption ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (SELDI-TOF-MS) and protein chip were used to detect the changes of serum protein expression profile. Results the results of ANOVA showed that there were significant differences in the relative contents of four proteins in the three groups after the first exercise (M / Z = 6417.8P 9134.2N 15 171.9N 14 972.7D) (P0.05). The expression of four kinds of proteins in the circulatory training group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The relative contents of four proteins also increased significantly after repeated exercises (P0.05), especially in the control group and after the first exercise (P0.05). Conclusion Psychological training can upregulate the low-expression protein in serum after stress. Repetitive high-intensity anti-stress training can rapidly improve the psychological anti-stress ability of the body.
