【摘要】：目的 :為了解部隊(duì)傷病戰(zhàn)士現(xiàn)狀 ,總結(jié)衛(wèi)生工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn) ,增強(qiáng)工作針對(duì)性 ,為做好部隊(duì)傷病殘戰(zhàn)士工作提供依據(jù)。方法 :設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)門(mén)調(diào)查表 ,組織經(jīng)過(guò)培訓(xùn)的專(zhuān)業(yè)人員進(jìn)行調(diào)查。結(jié)果 :共調(diào)查 380 2 8名戰(zhàn)士 ,其中傷病發(fā)生率為 8.2 0‰ ,傷病之比 1:1.38,傷病戰(zhàn)士中評(píng)殘的占33.97% ,致殘率為 2 .79‰ ,傷殘與病殘之比 1:0 .31。第 1年度及第 4年度以上戰(zhàn)士病員多于傷員。受傷戰(zhàn)士以下肢骨折居多�；疾�(zhàn)士以精神系統(tǒng)疾病為多。結(jié)論 :部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生工作應(yīng)做到防病、防傷、防殘并舉 ,重視抓好軍事訓(xùn)練傷健康保護(hù)和精神心理衛(wèi)生工作
