亞低溫條件下局部腦神經(jīng)元c-fos蛋白表達(dá)變化

【摘要】:目的:研究顱腦槍彈傷常溫下及全身亞低溫治療后腦神經(jīng)元c-fos蛋白表達(dá)的變化。方法:18只雜種犬,隨機(jī)分為常溫組(正常犬溫為38.5~39.5℃),亞低溫組(31.5~32.5℃)。以德國小口徑步槍子彈致傷犬顱腦貫通傷(penetratingcraniocerebralinjury,PCI)模型為對(duì)象,采用免疫組化法檢測兩組腦組織傷后30min,2,3h彈道挫傷區(qū),震蕩區(qū)及腦干神經(jīng)元中fos蛋白的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:全身亞低溫治療3h組彈道挫傷區(qū)、震蕩區(qū)及腦干神經(jīng)元中fos蛋白陽性數(shù)分別為(15.5±1.6),(21.6±2.1),(6.7±1.8)個(gè),較常溫對(duì)應(yīng)組彈道挫傷區(qū),震蕩區(qū)及腦干神經(jīng)元中fos蛋白陽性數(shù)分別為(21.6±5.4),(32.2±1.7),(11.2±1.8)個(gè)顯著減少(P0.01)。結(jié)論:顱腦槍彈傷后全身亞低溫治療能夠抑制腦神經(jīng)元c-fos蛋白的表達(dá)。
