【摘要】：目的:了解軍隊離退休老干部口腔健康狀況及1年內主動來門診康復治療的需求。方法:采用基本口腔流行病學的指數(shù)和標準,對南寧市干休所部隊離退休老干部286人進行口腔健康檢查,并對其1年內在門診康復治療情況進行統(tǒng)計。結果:失牙率為75.52%。有牙頜274人的患齲率為69.71%,楔狀缺損患病率為48.54%,前、后牙磨耗率為82.48%,菌斑檢出率95.26%,軟垢檢出率90.51%,牙結石檢出率39.42%,牙齦炎患病率為32.85%,牙周炎患病率29.93%。1年內來門診康復治療105人,占36.71%。結論:軍隊離退休老干部口腔健康狀況一般,被動等待患者的服務模式,不能滿足康復治療需求。
[Abstract]:Objective: to understand the oral health status of retired military cadres and the need of active outpatient rehabilitation within one year. Methods: the index and standard of basic oral epidemiology were used to check the oral health of 286 retired cadres in Nanning dry recuperation Center, and the data of rehabilitation treatment in outpatient department within one year were analyzed. Results: the rate of tooth loss was 75.52%. The incidence of dental caries was 69.71, the prevalence of wedge-shaped defects was 48.54, the wear rate of anterior and posterior teeth was 82.48, the detection rate of plaque was 95.26, the detection rate of soft dirt was 90.511.The detection rate of dental calculus was 39.42. The prevalence rate of gingivitis was 32.85. The prevalence rate of periodontitis was 29.93.1 years. Conclusion: the oral health status of retired military cadres is normal and passive waiting for patients can not meet the needs of rehabilitation treatment.
