【摘要】：目的總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外防化醫(yī)學(xué)研究現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),提出未來(lái)我國(guó)防化醫(yī)學(xué)發(fā)展方向和建設(shè)重點(diǎn)。方法采用情報(bào)調(diào)研方法,檢索近10年來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)領(lǐng)域研究論文、綜述、研究報(bào)告和論著,分析該學(xué)科領(lǐng)域取得的新進(jìn)展和發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。結(jié)果國(guó)外防化醫(yī)學(xué)新進(jìn)展主要體現(xiàn)在化學(xué)戰(zhàn)劑現(xiàn)場(chǎng)快速偵檢裝備研發(fā)及在體生物標(biāo)志物檢測(cè)技術(shù)的建立;在神經(jīng)性毒劑及全身中毒性毒劑損傷防治藥物,以及窒息性毒劑及糜爛性毒劑致傷機(jī)制研究上,均取得顯著進(jìn)展,相關(guān)創(chuàng)新性研究成果已裝備部隊(duì)。國(guó)內(nèi)防化醫(yī)學(xué)新進(jìn)展主要包括:基本形成針對(duì)重點(diǎn)化學(xué)戰(zhàn)劑損傷醫(yī)學(xué)防護(hù)能力;較好完成防化醫(yī)學(xué)的任務(wù)職能定位與轉(zhuǎn)型;將防化醫(yī)學(xué)研究領(lǐng)域由單純應(yīng)對(duì)化學(xué)戰(zhàn)拓展至化學(xué)突發(fā)事件、化學(xué)恐怖襲擊等非戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)軍事行動(dòng)應(yīng)急醫(yī)學(xué)救援。結(jié)論未來(lái)的防化醫(yī)學(xué)研究,應(yīng)以需求為牽引,在注重對(duì)傳統(tǒng)化學(xué)戰(zhàn)劑損傷防治藥物研究的同時(shí),更加關(guān)注非傳統(tǒng)化學(xué)戰(zhàn)劑、化學(xué)恐怖劑及軍事作業(yè)相關(guān)毒物損傷效應(yīng)和防治措施研究。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the present situation and development trend of chemical prevention medicine at home and abroad, and to put forward the development direction and construction emphasis of chemical prevention medicine in China in the future. Methods Information research methods were used to search the related research papers, reviews, reports and works in recent 10 years, and analyzed the new progress and development trend in the field of this subject. Results the new development of chemical medicine abroad was mainly reflected in the development of rapid detection equipment for chemical warfare agents and the establishment of in vivo biomarker detection technology. Significant progress has been made in the study of the mechanism of injury prevention and treatment of nerve agent and systemic toxic agent, as well as asphyxiating agent and erosive agent, and the related innovative research results have been equipped with troops. The new progress of chemical prevention medicine in China mainly includes: forming the ability of medical protection against the injury of key chemical warfare agents, completing the function orientation and transformation of chemical prevention medicine; The research field of chemical prevention medicine has been expanded from simply dealing with chemical warfare to emergency medical rescue for non-war military operations such as chemical emergencies, chemical terrorist attacks and so on. Conclusion in the future, the study of chemical prevention and treatment should be based on demand and should pay more attention to non-traditional chemical warfare agents, while paying more attention to the study of traditional chemical warfare agents for the prevention and treatment of injury.
