【摘要】：目的　調(diào)查部隊(duì)人群急性散發(fā)性戊型肝炎 (戊肝 )發(fā)病率和分布 .方法　 1 993- 0 1 / 1 2對(duì)駐東北、華東、西南、華南野戰(zhàn)部隊(duì) ,以整群抽樣的方式前瞻性地觀察了 1 6 0 36 0人 ,對(duì)散發(fā)性戊肝發(fā)病情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查 ,收集血清 ,檢測(cè)了抗 -HEV Ig M與抗 - HEV Ig G.結(jié)果　共發(fā)生散發(fā)性急性病毒性肝炎 31 0例 ,血清學(xué)分型表明 38例為戊肝 ,戊肝年發(fā)病率為2 3.7/ 1 0萬(wàn) ,戊肝占部隊(duì)急性病毒性肝炎的 1 2 .2 6 % .4個(gè)觀察部隊(duì)以濟(jì)南某部最高 (2 8.6 / 1 0萬(wàn) ) ,廣州某部最低 (1 4 .6 / 1 0萬(wàn) ) .散發(fā)性戊肝發(fā)病
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the incidence and distribution of acute sporadic hepatitis E (E) in army population. Methods 1 993-01 / 12 pairs of field troops in Northeast, East, Southwest and South China were observed prospectively by cluster sampling. The incidence of sporadic hepatitis E was investigated and serum was collected. Detection of anti-HEV Ig M and anti-HEV Ig G. Results there were 320 cases of sporadic acute viral hepatitis. The serological classification showed that 38 cases were hepatitis E, and the annual incidence of hepatitis E was 23. 7 / 100000. Hepatitis E accounted for 12.26% of acute viral hepatitis in the army, the highest in Jinan (28.6 / 100000) and the lowest in Guangzhou (14.6 / 100000). Sporadic hepatitis E disease
