空軍飛行員對比敏感度和立體視覺的臨床研究

【摘要】：目的測試和分析空軍飛行員對比敏感度和立體視覺情況,以改進招飛體檢中現(xiàn)行的視功能檢查方法。方法應用美國StereoOpticalCo.生產(chǎn)的Optec、3500視覺檢查儀和Titmus立體視覺檢查圖對33名(66眼)本科飛行員進行夜、夜+周邊眩光、晝、晝+周邊眩光四種狀態(tài)下5個空間頻率的對比敏感度和遠、近距離立體視覺的檢查。結(jié)果從95%可信區(qū)間和均數(shù)曲線圖中可見夜和夜+周邊眩光狀態(tài)下對比敏感度曲線的峰值在3～6c/d;晝和晝+周邊眩光狀態(tài)下對比敏感度曲線的峰值在6c/d。近距離立體視覺均為40″(100%)的中心立體視。遠距離立體視覺中心立體視為30名(90.9%),周邊立體視為3名(9.1%)。結(jié)論對比敏感度和立體視覺檢查在招飛體檢及其他特殊職業(yè)人員的選拔和篩選中有重要的應用價值。
[Abstract]:Objective to test and analyze the contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic vision of air force pilots in order to improve the present visual function examination methods. Methods to apply American StereoOpticalCo. The contrast sensitivity and distance of 5 spatial frequencies of 33 (66 eyes) undergraduate pilots under four conditions of night, peripheral glare and daytime peripheral glare were studied by using the Optec,3500 visual examination instrument and Titmus stereoscopic vision chart. A close distance stereoscopic examination. Results from 95% confidence interval and mean curve, the peak value of contrast sensitivity curve in night and peripheral glare state was 3 ~ 6 c / d, and the peak value of contrast sensitivity curve in daytime and peripheral glare state was 6 c / d. Close distance stereovision was 40 "(100%) central stereopsis. 30 (90.9%) of the long distance stereoscopic vision centers and 3 (9.1%) of the peripheral stereoscopes. Conclusion contrast sensitivity and stereoscopic examination have important application value in the selection and screening of medical examination and other special professionals.
