【摘要】：為探討高溫高濕環(huán)境下肢體火器傷后腫瘤壞死因子 α(TNF α)與熱休克蛋白 70 (HSP70 )含量變化的規(guī)律 ,將犬隨機(jī)分為常溫常濕組、熱適應(yīng)組、高溫高濕組 ,分別在致傷前和火器傷后 1、3、4、6、8、10、14、18、2 4h檢測(cè)TNF α與HSP70含量。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn) ,①傷道骨骼肌中TNF α較血漿中升高明顯。常溫常濕組 4h開(kāi)始升高 ,14h達(dá)高峰 ;高溫高濕組 1h升高 ,10h達(dá)到高峰 ,其峰值顯著高于常溫常濕組(P 0 0 5 ) ;熱適應(yīng)組變化基本和高溫高濕組一致 ,只是升高幅度較低 (P0 0 5 )。②淋巴細(xì)胞中HSP70含量在高溫高濕組有兩個(gè)高峰 ,分別為傷后 4h和 14～ 18h ;熱適應(yīng)組 3h達(dá)到高峰 ,持續(xù)高峰至 6h ;常溫常濕組 6h達(dá)到高峰 ,且其傷道骨骼肌HSP70含量在傷后 14～ 18h也出現(xiàn)一個(gè)增幅不明顯的高峰期。說(shuō)明高溫高濕環(huán)境下肢體火器傷后TNF α與HSP70含量增高 ,且有其獨(dú)特的規(guī)律
[Abstract]:In order to investigate the changes of tumor necrosis factor 偽 (TNF 偽) and heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) in firearm injured limbs under high temperature and high humidity, dogs were randomly divided into four groups: normal temperature and humidity group, heat adaptation group and high temperature and high humidity group. The contents of TNF 偽 and HSP70 were detected before injury and 1824 hours after firearm injury. The results showed that 1 TNF 偽 in skeletal muscle was significantly higher than that in plasma. In the normal temperature and humidity group, the peak value began to rise at 4 h and reached the peak at 14 h, and the peak value increased at 1 h and reached the peak at 10 h in the high temperature and high humidity group, which was significantly higher than that in the normal temperature and normal humidity group (P 0 05). The change of HSP70 in heat adaptation group was basically the same as that in high temperature and high humidity group, but the increase was lower (P0 05). 2 there were two peaks of HSP70 content in hyperthermia and high humidity group, which were 4 h and 14 ~ 18 h after injury, respectively. The heat adaptation group reached the peak at 3 h and lasted to 6 h, and the normal temperature and humidity group reached the peak at 6 h, and the HSP70 content of skeletal muscle in the injured tract also showed a peak of no significant increase at 14 ~ 18 h after injury. The results show that the content of TNF 偽 and HSP70 increases after firearm injury in high temperature and high humidity environment, and has its unique regularity.
