【摘要】：目的 :為落實《軍隊衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督規(guī)定》 ,提高衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督的質(zhì)量和水平 ,保證廣大官兵的身體健康。方法 :結(jié)合工作實際 ,對部隊基層單位進行了解調(diào)查 ,對有關(guān)現(xiàn)況進行研究分析。結(jié)果 :通過調(diào)查研究 ,總結(jié)出軍隊衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作面臨軍地執(zhí)法權(quán)限不清、衛(wèi)生法規(guī)意識淡漠、技術(shù)保障機構(gòu)不全、監(jiān)督經(jīng)費設備缺乏和監(jiān)督執(zhí)法職能薄弱等問題 ,需要采取加大衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督法規(guī)宣傳力度、健全衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督技術(shù)保障機構(gòu)、確定衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督專項業(yè)務經(jīng)費、提高監(jiān)督隊伍綜合素質(zhì)和強化衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督機構(gòu)執(zhí)法職能等措施。結(jié)論 :軍隊衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作需要采取有效的措施 ,解決存在的問題 ,才能更好地促進監(jiān)督工作的開展
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the quality and level of health supervision and ensure the health of officers and soldiers. Methods: combined with the actual work, the basic units of the army were investigated and the current situation was studied and analyzed. Results: through investigation and study, it was concluded that military health supervision was faced with problems such as unclear jurisdiction of military and local law enforcement, weak awareness of health laws and regulations, incomplete technical support institutions, lack of supervision funds and equipment, and weak functions of supervising and enforcing law, etc. It is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of health supervision laws and regulations, perfect the technical guarantee organizations of health supervision, determine the special funds for health supervision, improve the comprehensive quality of the supervision team and strengthen the law enforcement functions of the health supervision agencies. Conclusion: it is necessary to take effective measures to solve the existing problems in the work of military health supervision in order to better promote the development of supervision work.
