【摘要】：目的探討軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生資源優(yōu)化配置中衛(wèi)生資源需要與利用情況的調(diào)查方法。方法對醫(yī)院、療養(yǎng)院、機(jī)關(guān)門診部、防疫機(jī)構(gòu)、藥材保障機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行全軍范圍內(nèi)普查,對軍隊(duì)人員與師醫(yī)院、旅團(tuán)衛(wèi)生隊(duì)進(jìn)行多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣調(diào)查,對軍政后勤領(lǐng)導(dǎo)采用半格式化采訪問卷抽樣訪談。結(jié)果收集了軍隊(duì)各類衛(wèi)生保障機(jī)構(gòu)的衛(wèi)生資源供需情況數(shù)據(jù),調(diào)查了17295名軍隊(duì)人員的健康狀況,訪談了107名軍政后勤領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。結(jié)論建立了軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生資源需要與利用情況調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)庫,為今后的相關(guān)研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。撰寫了調(diào)查統(tǒng)計(jì)分析報(bào)告,為衛(wèi)生管理部門進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策提供了可靠的數(shù)字依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the health resource needs and utilization in the optimal allocation of military health resources. Methods A general survey was conducted in hospitals, sanatoriums, outpatient departments, epidemic prevention agencies and medicinal materials security agencies in the whole army, and a multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling survey was carried out among military personnel, division hospitals and brigade and regiment health teams. The military and government logistic leaders were interviewed by semi-formatted interview questionnaire. Results the data of supply and demand of health resources were collected, the health status of 17295 military personnel was investigated, and 107 military and government logistics leaders were interviewed. Conclusion the database of military health resource needs and utilization investigation was established, which laid a foundation for future research. The statistical analysis report is written, which provides a reliable digital basis for the scientific decision of the health management department.
