【摘要】：目的了解廣東2所高校新生軍訓(xùn)期間常見病的情況,為防治軍訓(xùn)期間常見病的發(fā)生提供依據(jù)。方法整群抽取2005-2008年廣東2所大學(xué)入學(xué)新生16890名,對(duì)軍訓(xùn)期間常見疾病患病情況進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果新生軍訓(xùn)期間常見疾病的發(fā)病率為31.18%,其中上呼吸道感染率為15.21%,中暑發(fā)病率為9.21%,皮炎發(fā)病率為2.81%,外傷發(fā)病率為2.36%,腹痛發(fā)病率為1.58%。中暑患病率女生(11.50%)明顯高于男生(6.97%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。男生在軍訓(xùn)期間的發(fā)病率為28.51%,女生在軍訓(xùn)期間的發(fā)病率為34.37%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01);來自城鎮(zhèn)新生軍訓(xùn)期間的發(fā)病率為38.56%,來自農(nóng)村新生為23.51%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。結(jié)論應(yīng)注重對(duì)大學(xué)新生軍訓(xùn)前的各種教育,加強(qiáng)高校后勤保障工作,減少軍訓(xùn)期間常見病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the common diseases of freshmen during military training in two universities in Guangdong, and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of common diseases during military training. Methods 16890 freshmen enrolled in 2 universities in Guangdong from 2005 to 2008 were selected by cluster sampling to analyze the prevalence of common diseases during military training. Results the incidence of common diseases during military training was 31.18, in which the infection rate of upper respiratory tract was 15.21, the incidence of heatstroke was 9.21, the incidence of dermatitis was 2.81, the incidence of trauma was 2.36 and the incidence of abdominal pain was 1.58. The incidence of heatstroke in girls (11.50%) was significantly higher than that in boys (6.97%), and the difference was statistically significant (P0.01). The incidence of male students during military training was 28.51, while that of girls during military training was 34.37 (P0.01), while that of urban freshmen was 38.56 and that of rural freshmen was 23.51.The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion We should pay attention to all kinds of education before military training for freshmen, strengthen the work of logistic support in colleges and universities, and reduce the occurrence of common diseases during military training.
