迅速減壓對(duì)兔肺超微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響

【摘要】:目的 研究迅速減壓對(duì)兔肺超微結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。方法 將 30只新西蘭白兔隨機(jī)分為慢上升減壓組和迅速減壓組 ,用透射電鏡觀察兔肺超微結(jié)構(gòu)的變化。結(jié)果 迅速減壓組兔肺Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型肺泡細(xì)胞膜結(jié)構(gòu)不清 ,細(xì)胞間連接松散 ,Ⅱ型肺泡細(xì)胞內(nèi)發(fā)現(xiàn)腫脹的線粒體及擴(kuò)張的粗面內(nèi)質(zhì)網(wǎng) ,肺泡壁毛細(xì)血管擴(kuò)張充血 ,血管內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞腫脹 ,通透性增加。當(dāng)減壓峰值大于 9 8kPa(10 0 0mmH2 O)時(shí)變化更為明顯。結(jié)論 迅速減壓能引起肺臟損傷 ,減壓峰值越大 ,結(jié)構(gòu)破壞就越重。
