【摘要】：目的:探索數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析在部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生資源優(yōu)化配置中的應(yīng)用。方法:應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析中的C2GS2模型對(duì)52個(gè)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行技術(shù)有效性評(píng)價(jià),并應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)聚類方法進(jìn)行技術(shù)有效性分型。在Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel2χ檢驗(yàn)分析戰(zhàn)區(qū)、軍兵種等混雜因素和Kruskal-WallisH檢驗(yàn)比較不同類型衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生服務(wù)產(chǎn)出的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用Kruskal-WallisH檢驗(yàn)和相對(duì)比分析不同類型衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生資源的數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu),查找衛(wèi)生資源配置存在的主要問(wèn)題,為衛(wèi)生資源優(yōu)化配置提供參考依據(jù)。結(jié)果:52個(gè)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)技術(shù)有效性得分的中位數(shù)為0.84,技術(shù)有效機(jī)構(gòu)為18個(gè)。52個(gè)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)可分為4個(gè)技術(shù)有效類型:A型、B型、C型和D型,分別反映了技術(shù)有效性的“最優(yōu)水平”、“平均水平”、“較低水平”和“最低水平”。D型衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)各類衛(wèi)生資源數(shù)量高于其他類型,結(jié)構(gòu)上存在不合理現(xiàn)象,可參照A型或B型衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生資源配置情況進(jìn)行調(diào)整。結(jié)論:衛(wèi)生資源優(yōu)化配置可聯(lián)合應(yīng)用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析和其他統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)方法對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行技術(shù)有效性評(píng)價(jià)、分型和診斷,參照技術(shù)有效性高的衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生資源配置狀況調(diào)整技術(shù)有效性低的衛(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)衛(wèi)生資源的數(shù)量和結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)優(yōu)化配置。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the application of data envelopment analysis in the optimal allocation of military health resources. Methods: the C2GS2 model of data envelopment analysis was used to evaluate the technical effectiveness of 52 military health institutions, and the systematic clustering method was used to classify the technical validity. On the basis of Cochran-Mantel-Haenszel2 蠂 test analysis of mixed factors such as war zone, arms and Kruskal-WallisH test, the quantity and structure of health resources in different types of health institutions were analyzed by Kruskal-WallisH test and comparative analysis. To find out the main problems in the allocation of health resources and to provide reference for the optimal allocation of health resources. Results: the median scores of technical effectiveness of 52 military health institutions were 0.84 and 18, respectively. 52 military health institutions could be divided into four types: type A, type B, type C and type D. It reflects the "optimal level", "average level", "lower level" and "lowest level" of technical effectiveness respectively. The quantity of various kinds of health resources in type D health institutions is higher than that of other types, and the structure is unreasonable. The allocation of health resources in type A or B health institutions can be adjusted. Conclusion: the optimal allocation of health resources can be combined with data envelopment analysis and other statistical methods to evaluate, classify and diagnose the technical effectiveness of the study subjects. The quantity and structure of health resources with low technical effectiveness were adjusted according to the allocation of health resources in health institutions with high technical effectiveness, and the optimal allocation was realized.
