我軍炮兵部隊膳食調(diào)查與評價

【摘要】:目的:調(diào)查、評價我軍炮兵部隊膳食情況。方法:選擇南京、北京、沈陽、廣州四軍區(qū)炮兵部隊伙食單位作為調(diào)查對象,采用稱重法進(jìn)行為期5 d的膳食調(diào)查,同時采用軍人食物定量、軍人營養(yǎng)素供給量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和膳食平衡指數(shù)法評價膳食結(jié)構(gòu)存在的問題。結(jié)果:調(diào)查單位膳食結(jié)構(gòu)不盡合理,谷類、豆類及其制品、蔬菜、水產(chǎn)品等攝入不足較普遍;豬肉、食用油的消費較高;奶類、蛋類、牛羊肉等攝入量則參差不齊。人均能量和大部分營養(yǎng)素攝入量基本達(dá)到軍人營養(yǎng)素供給量規(guī)定水平;脂肪產(chǎn)能過高,達(dá)到34%~46%;鈣攝入不足較突出;維生素A、維生素B1、維生素B2缺乏比較普遍。結(jié)論:我軍膳食結(jié)構(gòu)存在一定問題,應(yīng)用膳食平衡指數(shù)評價軍人膳食結(jié)構(gòu)簡便易行,但需要針對部隊實際情況進(jìn)行完善。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate and evaluate the dietary situation of our artillery. Methods: the food units of artillery units in four military regions of Nanjing, Beijing, Shenyang and Guangzhou were selected as the objects of investigation. The diet was investigated by weighing method for 5 days, and the food ration of soldiers was also used. Problems in evaluating Dietary structure by nutrient supply Standard and Dietary balance Index method. Results: the dietary structure of the investigated units was unreasonable, the intake of cereals, beans and its products, vegetables and aquatic products was more common, the consumption of pork and edible oil was higher, and the intake of milk, eggs, beef and mutton were uneven. The per capita energy and most nutrients intake basically reached the prescribed level of the military nutrient supply; the fat production capacity was too high, reaching 34%; the calcium intake was more prominent; the deficiency of vitamin A, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 was relatively common. Conclusion: there are some problems in the dietary structure of our army. It is simple and easy to apply the dietary balance index to evaluate the dietary structure of the army, but it is necessary to perfect the actual situation of the army.
