【摘要】：為了指導(dǎo)部隊(duì)科學(xué)、合理地使用通信機(jī)房,對(duì)通信機(jī)房環(huán)境衛(wèi)生實(shí)施法制化、規(guī)范化管理,以保障通信部隊(duì)指戰(zhàn)員的身體健康,維護(hù)部隊(duì)?wèi)?zhàn)斗力。在大量試驗(yàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,參照國(guó)內(nèi)有關(guān)資料,研究制定了該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了通信機(jī)房工作環(huán)境溫度、相對(duì)濕度、新風(fēng)量、照度、噪聲、微波強(qiáng)度、二氧化碳濃度、氡及其子體、空氣中細(xì)菌總數(shù)等指標(biāo)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)值。該標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于平戰(zhàn)時(shí)各類通信機(jī)房工作期間的衛(wèi)生學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)與監(jiān)督,其它備有通信設(shè)備的作業(yè)環(huán)境也可參照使用。
[Abstract]:In order to guide the army science, use the communication machine room reasonably, implement the legalization and standardized management to the environmental sanitation of the communication machine room, so as to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers of the communication force and maintain the combat effectiveness of the army. On the basis of a large number of experiments and referring to the relevant data in China, this standard was studied and formulated. The standard values of temperature, relative humidity, fresh air volume, illumination, noise, microwave intensity, concentration of carbon dioxide, radon and its daughters, total bacteria in the air and so on are stipulated in the standard. This standard is applicable to the hygienic evaluation and supervision during the working period of all kinds of communication machine rooms during the peacetime war, and the other operating environment with communication equipment can also be referenced and used.
