【摘要】：目的為確定戰(zhàn)時(shí)部隊(duì)所需的衛(wèi)生防疫保障藥材有一個(gè)合適的基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn) ,以滿足戰(zhàn)時(shí)衛(wèi)生防疫工作的需要 ,有效提高戰(zhàn)時(shí)衛(wèi)生防疫保障質(zhì)量。方法通過深入基層調(diào)查了解 ,召開座談會(huì) ,與部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫工作者討論 ,綜合部隊(duì)的意見 ,并結(jié)合部隊(duì)野外駐訓(xùn)衛(wèi)生防疫保障實(shí)際 ,提出了建立戰(zhàn)時(shí)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障藥材基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的構(gòu)想。結(jié)果明確了相關(guān)的概念 ,闡述了建立戰(zhàn)時(shí)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障藥材基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的重要性 :(1)是做好未來軍事斗爭衛(wèi)生防病保障的需要 ;(2 )是部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生建設(shè)的重要組成部分 ;(3)是部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防病事業(yè)發(fā)展的客觀要求。確定了構(gòu)思的工作方法和程序 ,為基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的研究和未來推廣應(yīng)用打下了良好基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)論建立戰(zhàn)時(shí)部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫保障藥材基數(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是未來戰(zhàn)爭所需 ,是部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生建設(shè)的客觀要求 ,是廣大官兵的呼聲和切身利益所在 ,已是刻不容緩 ,必須加速研究 ,盡快按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝備部隊(duì)
[Abstract]:Objective in order to determine the basic standard of the medical materials needed by the troops in wartime, to meet the needs of the wartime health and epidemic prevention work, and to improve the quality of the wartime health and epidemic prevention guarantee effectively. Methods through in-depth investigation and understanding at the basic level, holding a forum, discussing with the health and epidemic prevention workers of the army, synthesizing the opinions of the troops, and combining with the actual situation of the field training of the troops, the health and epidemic prevention and protection were carried out. This paper puts forward the conception of establishing the base standard of medical materials for military health and epidemic prevention in wartime. The result is a clear definition of the relevant concepts, This paper expounds the importance of establishing the standard of the base of medical materials for military health and epidemic prevention in wartime: (1) it is the need to do a good job in ensuring the health and disease prevention in the future military struggle; (2) it is an important part of the health construction of the army; (3) it is the health prevention and control of the army.
