【摘要】：目的為了戰(zhàn)時(shí)更好地救治傷后官兵,滿足官兵傷后對(duì)無(wú)菌醫(yī)療用品的需求,保證一線救治醫(yī)療活動(dòng)的無(wú)菌醫(yī)療器具供應(yīng)。方法采取實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查的方法,掌握高原影響滅菌工作的因素,根據(jù)滅菌原理,結(jié)合地域特點(diǎn),提出選用136℃作為高原地區(qū)滅菌溫度的方法進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)。結(jié)果選用儀表溫度示值136℃20 min滅菌方法后,滅菌效果監(jiān)測(cè)達(dá)到滅菌效果評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),可以滿足海拔高度≤5 380 m滅菌條件需求。結(jié)論儀表溫度示值136℃20 min滅菌,提高了高原地區(qū)部隊(duì)的滅菌工作質(zhì)量,有利于戰(zhàn)時(shí)滅菌物品供應(yīng),促進(jìn)了戰(zhàn)時(shí)衛(wèi)勤保障能力的提高。
