【摘要】：目的調(diào)查分析某島礁作業(yè)人員患病狀況、病種構(gòu)成及島礁作業(yè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短與健康狀況的相關(guān)性,為當(dāng)?shù)刈鳂I(yè)人員提供健康指導(dǎo),適應(yīng)新階段島礁地區(qū)衛(wèi)勤保障的需要。方法通過(guò)回顧性分析[1]、座談交流、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查等方法對(duì)當(dāng)?shù)刈鳂I(yè)人員患病狀況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,將患病病種分布情況進(jìn)行排序,并對(duì)島礁作業(yè)人員在不同作業(yè)時(shí)間下的臨床表現(xiàn)差異進(jìn)行了比較。結(jié)果回顧性分析顯示,某島礁作業(yè)人員月平均患病率為60.39%,患病率排在前5位的病種[2]依次為:上呼吸道感染,胃腸疾病,皮膚病,外傷,關(guān)節(jié)痛腰肌勞損。通過(guò)對(duì)調(diào)查量表統(tǒng)計(jì)分析顯示,島礁作業(yè)人員作業(yè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短與其臨床表現(xiàn)得分明顯相關(guān)(醊2=28.27,P0.05),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。對(duì)不同作業(yè)時(shí)間下的各健康量表分別作t檢驗(yàn),P0.05,差異均具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,作業(yè)時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短與島礁作業(yè)人員健康狀況具有相關(guān)性。結(jié)論某島礁作業(yè)人員患病狀況具有明顯的流行病學(xué)特點(diǎn),新階段島礁衛(wèi)勤保障建設(shè)應(yīng)更具針對(duì)性,進(jìn)一步提高島礁官兵及作業(yè)人員的健康水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the correlation among the disease status, disease type composition, the length of the island and reef operations and the health status of a certain island and reef operator, so as to provide health guidance for local operators and adapt to the needs of medical support in the island and reef areas in the new stage. Methods through retrospective analysis [1], discussion and exchange, questionnaire survey and other methods to investigate the disease status of local workers, the distribution of diseases was ranked. The differences of clinical manifestations of island and reef operators under different working time were compared. Results retrospective analysis showed that the average monthly prevalence rate of a certain island and reef workers was 60.39, and the first five diseases [2] were: upper respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal diseases, skin diseases, trauma, joint pain and lumbar muscle strain. The statistical analysis of the scale showed that the length of work time was significantly correlated with the scores of clinical manifestations (P 0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. T test (P0.05) was performed on each health scale under different working time, and the difference was statistically significant, and the length of working time was correlated with the health status of the workers working on the islands and reefs. Conclusion the epidemiological characteristics of the disease among the workers working on the islands and reefs are obvious, and the health level of the officers and soldiers on the islands and reefs should be further improved in the new stage of the construction of the island and reef medical services.
