【摘要】：目的通過(guò)對(duì)夏季5-km武裝越野考核進(jìn)行防熱射病跟訓(xùn)保障,探討防熱射病跟訓(xùn)保障模式。方法對(duì)某部參加2016年夏季5-km武裝越野考核且資料完整的501名官兵進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)跟訓(xùn)保障,按是否負(fù)重分為負(fù)重組270人、非負(fù)重組231人,負(fù)重組負(fù)重9~12kg。監(jiān)測(cè)官兵考核前后的體溫,比較兩組官兵考核前后體溫變化及考核后發(fā)熱人數(shù)。結(jié)果參加夏季5-km武裝越野考核501人,考核后體溫37℃者共51人(10.18%),體溫最高40.9℃。留觀者共9人,其中因監(jiān)測(cè)體溫15min仍38℃而留觀者4人,經(jīng)降溫輸液處理50~120min后體溫降至37℃以下;因胸悶、憋氣、腹痛而留觀者4人,因暈倒而留觀者1人,此5人經(jīng)觀察處置均好轉(zhuǎn),無(wú)1例后送醫(yī)院。考核前負(fù)重組與非負(fù)重組體溫差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,考核后負(fù)重組體溫高于非負(fù)重組[(36.64±0.67)℃vs(36.48±0.38)℃,P0.05],且負(fù)重組發(fā)熱人數(shù)多于非負(fù)重組[16.67%(45/270)vs 2.60%(6/231),P0.05]。結(jié)論夏季5-km武裝越野考核可引起體溫升高,存在誘發(fā)熱射病的潛在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。建立有針對(duì)性的跟訓(xùn)保障模式有助于及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)并迅速處置,可有效預(yù)防熱射病的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the mode of heat prevention and follow training for 5-km armed off-road training in summer. Methods 501 officers and soldiers who took part in the 5-km armed cross-country examination in summer 2016 and had complete data were given on-the-spot training support.
