【摘要】：目的調(diào)查中國南部某海島的特殊作業(yè)環(huán)境對島上勞動者工作能力的影響。方法以某島上勞動者為調(diào)查對象,利用工作能力指數(shù)(Work Ability Index,WAI)量表進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果調(diào)查組WAI為(38.0±5.2)分,對照組WAI為(37.1±5.2)分。其中,調(diào)查組工作能力優(yōu)37人,占14.2%;良129人,占49.6%;中90人,占34.6%;差4人,占1.5%。對照組優(yōu)者13人,占9.3%;良72人,占51.4%;中48人,占34.3%;差7人,占5.0%。2組人群WAI值及分級差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論島上現(xiàn)有衛(wèi)生條件及勞動防護(hù)措施能夠有效保持勞動者工作能力。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the influence of special working environment on working ability of island workers in southern China. Methods an island laborer was investigated with the work ability Index (Work Ability Index,WAI) questionnaire. Results WAI was (38. 0 鹵5. 2) in the investigation group and (37. 1 鹵5. 2) in the control group. Among them, the working ability of the investigation group was excellent in 37 (14.2cm), good 129 (49.6), 90 (34.6), and poor (4) (1.5cm). There were 13 excellent in the control group (9.3%), 72 good (51.4%), 48 in the middle (34.3%), and 7 poor (5.0.2%) in the WAI value and grading. Conclusion the existing sanitary conditions and labor protection measures on the island can effectively maintain the working ability of workers.
