【摘要】： 背景:軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生學(xué)、軍隊(duì)流行病學(xué)是軍隊(duì)預(yù)防醫(yī)學(xué)的領(lǐng)頭學(xué)科,其學(xué)科理論指導(dǎo)下的工作是基層衛(wèi)生防病的基礎(chǔ)工作,對(duì)衛(wèi)生防病工作至關(guān)重要~[1],如果不能很好的掌握,則難以做好部隊(duì)的衛(wèi)生防疫工作。軍隊(duì)醫(yī)學(xué)院校的臨床專業(yè)學(xué)生除了部分分配到駐軍以上醫(yī)院擔(dān)任�？漆t(yī)生外,有相當(dāng)部分是分配到部隊(duì)師或師以下醫(yī)院工作,他們?cè)谝欢ǔ潭壬舷喈?dāng)于全科醫(yī)生,并且要負(fù)擔(dān)基層部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫工作。因此,對(duì)于部隊(duì)臨床專業(yè)的醫(yī)學(xué)生,必須掌握好衛(wèi)生學(xué)、流行病學(xué)的專業(yè)知識(shí)。 目的:順應(yīng)信息化軍事醫(yī)學(xué)的發(fā)展的要求,順應(yīng)用戶的多元化需求,此系統(tǒng)旨在為基層部隊(duì)開(kāi)展衛(wèi)生防病工作提供系統(tǒng)、全面的信息支持,其緊貼平戰(zhàn)時(shí)部隊(duì)防疫工作和軍事衛(wèi)勤保障的需要,可協(xié)助解決部隊(duì)衛(wèi)生保健中存在的實(shí)際問(wèn)題。 方法:基于瀏覽器/服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu),以Microsoft Windows 2000為服務(wù)器系統(tǒng),通過(guò)ODBC將Web服務(wù)器和數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器相連。采用Microsoft SQLServer 2000作為后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)和ASP技術(shù)作為前端應(yīng)用軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)工具。 結(jié)果:軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生學(xué)、流行病學(xué)知識(shí)庫(kù)主要由三部分組成:①基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)庫(kù)②專題論文庫(kù)③網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源庫(kù)。經(jīng)過(guò)測(cè)試,知識(shí)庫(kù)運(yùn)行良好,可實(shí)現(xiàn)軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生學(xué)、流行病學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)的快速查詢和了解。 結(jié)論:建立的軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生學(xué)、流行病學(xué)知識(shí)庫(kù)和網(wǎng)站具有界面友好,簡(jiǎn)單易用,檢索查詢方便等特點(diǎn),不僅能為部隊(duì)基層的衛(wèi)生技術(shù)人員提供信息支持和決策依據(jù),而且對(duì)部隊(duì)在應(yīng)對(duì)突發(fā)的重大衛(wèi)生事件上能夠起一定的參考作用。
[Abstract]:Background: military hygiene, army epidemiology is the leading subject of military preventive medicine, the work under the guidance of its discipline theory is the basic work of basic level health prevention and disease prevention, it is very important to the health prevention work ~ [1], if can not grasp very well. It is difficult to do a good job of health and epidemic prevention in the army. In addition to some of the clinical students in military medical academies assigned to hospitals above the garrison as specialist doctors, quite a large number of them are assigned to work in military divisions or hospitals below divisions. To a certain extent, they are equivalent to general practitioners. And should undertake the basic unit health and epidemic prevention work. Therefore, it is necessary to master the professional knowledge of hygiene and epidemiology for the medical students majoring in clinical medicine. Objective: to meet the requirements of the development of information military medicine and to meet the diverse needs of users. The system aims to provide systematic and comprehensive information support for the basic units to carry out health prevention work. It can help to solve the practical problems existing in the medical care of troops by keeping close to the needs of epidemic prevention and military medical support in peacetime. Methods: based on browser / server structure, Web server and database server were connected by ODBC with Microsoft Windows 2000 as server system. Microsoft SQLServer 2000 is used as the background database and ASP technology as the front-end application software development tool. Results: the knowledge base of military hygiene and epidemiology mainly consists of three parts: 1 basic knowledge base 2 thematic papers database 3 network resource library. After testing, the knowledge base is running well, which can realize the quick inquiry and understanding of military hygiene and epidemiology. Conclusion: the military hygiene, epidemiological knowledge base and website have the characteristics of friendly interface, easy to use, easy to search and query, which can not only provide information support and decision basis for the medical technicians at the basic level of the army. And the troops can play a certain reference role in dealing with sudden major health events.
