低氧預(yù)處理對大鼠暈船程度及腦區(qū)與血清鐵含量的影響

【摘要】:目的探討低氧預(yù)處理對大鼠暈船程度及對腦區(qū)與血清中鐵含量的影響。方法大鼠分為3組:空白對照組(Ⅰ)、單純暈船組(Ⅱ)、低氧+暈船組(Ⅲ)。Ⅲ組先接受模擬低氧處理4 h.d-1,共5 d。而后Ⅱ、Ⅲ組接受暈船刺激2 h.d-1,共5 d。記錄高齡土攝入量,實驗結(jié)束取大鼠大腦皮質(zhì)、小腦、腦干、下丘腦及血清,原子吸收法測定樣本鐵含量。結(jié)果Ⅱ、Ⅲ組高齡土攝入量〔(0.927±0.219)g(、1.707±0.534)g〕均高于Ⅰ組〔(0.302±0.241)g(P0.01)〕,且Ⅲ組高于Ⅱ組(P0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ組大腦皮質(zhì)、小腦、腦干及血清中鐵含量均低于Ⅰ組(P0.01),且Ⅲ組均低于Ⅱ組(P0.01);Ⅱ、Ⅲ組下丘腦中鐵含量接近Ⅰ組;高齡土攝入量與大腦皮質(zhì)、小腦、腦干與血清中鐵含量均呈負相關(guān)(r為-0.601~-0.541)(P0.05),而與下丘腦中鐵含量相關(guān)性無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論低氧預(yù)處理加重暈船程度,機制可能與暈船后多腦區(qū)中鐵含量進一步降低有關(guān),腦鐵代謝在暈船過程中可能發(fā)揮重要作用。
