【摘要】：目的 :為提高熱帶地區(qū)部隊(duì)瀕海游泳訓(xùn)練衛(wèi)生防疫保障能力 ,保障參訓(xùn)官兵身體健康。方法 :遂行部隊(duì)全過(guò)程參加瀕海游泳訓(xùn)練 ,深入基層訓(xùn)練一線對(duì)部隊(duì)實(shí)施全方位防疫保障 ,并及時(shí)總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn)。針對(duì)海訓(xùn)衛(wèi)生防疫保障特點(diǎn) ,采取了五點(diǎn)做法 :(1)摸清底數(shù) ,準(zhǔn)備充分 ;(2 )綜合治理 ,完善設(shè)施 ;(3)加強(qiáng)飲食飲水管理 ,把好“病從口入關(guān)” ;(4)加強(qiáng)檢查監(jiān)督 ,確保制度落實(shí) ;(5 )采用多種手段 ,搞好訓(xùn)練保障。結(jié)果 :由于措施得力 ,參訓(xùn)部隊(duì)晝夜發(fā)病率控制在 1.5‰以內(nèi) ,無(wú)傳染病暴發(fā)流行和食物中毒發(fā)生 ,有效保障了部隊(duì)瀕海訓(xùn)練任務(wù)的完成。結(jié)論 :熱帶地區(qū)部隊(duì)瀕海訓(xùn)練衛(wèi)生防疫保障有其特殊要求 ,本文總結(jié)的幾點(diǎn)做法 ,供部隊(duì)海訓(xùn)防疫保障時(shí)參考
[Abstract]:Objective: to improve the health and epidemic prevention ability of marine swimming training in tropical area and to ensure the health of the officers and soldiers. Methods: the army took part in the sea swimming training in the whole process, and carried out the omnidirectional epidemic prevention guarantee for the troops in the basic level training line, and summed up the experience in time. In view of the characteristics of health and epidemic prevention in marine training, five measures have been adopted: (1) to find out the basic numbers and to be fully prepared; (2) to comprehensively control and improve facilities; (3) to strengthen the management of diet and drinking water, and to "pass the disease through the mouth"; and (4) to strengthen inspection and supervision.
