【摘要】：目的 調(diào)查血清陰性脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病(SpA)在不同地區(qū)不同兵種部隊(duì)中的發(fā)病及流行特點(diǎn)。方法 采用COPCORD詢問表,對內(nèi)陸平原地區(qū)、南疆干旱地區(qū)、北疆寒冷高原地區(qū)及沿海潮濕地區(qū),包括陸、海、空三軍共21750人進(jìn)行四級調(diào)查,初步診斷病例行X線及HLA-B27檢測。結(jié)果 SpA患病率4.87‰,其中強(qiáng)直性脊柱炎(AS)患病率2.11‰,反應(yīng)性關(guān)節(jié)炎(ReA)患病率0.276‰,未分化脊柱關(guān)節(jié)病(uSpA)患病率2.39‰,AS、uSpA在海軍中患病率高于其他兵種。AS在高原寒冷地區(qū)及沿海潮濕地區(qū)的患病率高于干旱地區(qū)及內(nèi)陸地區(qū),uSpA在沿海潮濕地區(qū)的患病率高于干旱地區(qū)及內(nèi)陸地區(qū)。結(jié)論 AS、uSpA
