補(bǔ)鋅對(duì)新兵血漿ACTH水平及耐寒力的影響

【摘要】:目的 :研究鋅對(duì)寒區(qū)新兵促腎上腺皮質(zhì)激素 (ACTH)分泌及耐寒的作用。方法 :選西北某部集訓(xùn)期新兵 5 4人 ,分為普食對(duì)照組 (2 5人 )和普食加鋅組 (2 9人 ,每人補(bǔ)鋅 30mg·d- 1) ,2 5d補(bǔ)鋅前后 ,分別測定冷暴露 4h后血漿促上腺皮質(zhì)激素 (ACTH)水平、血漿鋅濃度以及冷暴露4h前后直腸溫度、胸部皮溫等。結(jié)果 :膳食調(diào)查結(jié)果顯示 ,兩組戰(zhàn)士熱能及各種營養(yǎng)素的攝取量基本滿足要求 ,鋅攝入量為 12 .5mg ,補(bǔ)鋅后戰(zhàn)士冷暴露后ACTH水平為 (5 36± 5 0 )ng·L- 1低于補(bǔ)鋅前的 (710± 33)ng·L- 1和對(duì)照組相應(yīng)時(shí)間的 (6 90± 4 5 )ng·L- 1,(P 0 .0 5 )。血清鋅水平?jīng)]有明顯差異。補(bǔ)鋅后、冷暴露后 ,直腸溫度和胸部皮溫下降的幅度分別為 (0 .6 2± 0 .0 4 )℃和 (0 .5 4±0 .0 1)℃ ,低于實(shí)驗(yàn)前的 (0 .80± 0 .0 8)℃和 (1.0 5± 0 .0 9)℃ ,(P 0 .0 5 )。結(jié)論 :適量補(bǔ)鋅可提高人體的耐寒能力
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of zinc on the secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cold tolerance in recruits in cold area. Methods: a total of 54 recruits were divided into two groups: the control group (25 cases) and the zinc plus zinc group (29 cases), each of whom was given zinc 30mg d-1 for 25 days before and after zinc supplementation, and the control group was divided into two groups: the control group (n = 25) and the control group (n = 29). The levels of plasma corticotropin (ACTH), plasma zinc concentration, rectal temperature and chest skin temperature were measured 4 hours after cold exposure. Results: the results of dietary survey showed that the intake of heat energy and nutrients in the two groups basically met the requirements, and the intake of zinc was 12.5 mg. The level of ACTH after cold exposure was (536 鹵50) ng / L ~ (-1) after zinc supplementation and (710 鹵33) ng / L ~ (-1) before zinc supplementation and (6.90 鹵4.5) ng / L ~ (-1) in control group (P < 0.05).
