寒區(qū)坑道內(nèi)微小氣候?qū)M駐部隊的影響

【摘要】:目的 :調(diào)查寒區(qū)坑道內(nèi)微小氣候?qū)M駐部隊的影響 ,并采取相應(yīng)的改善措施。方法 :檢測 2 3條無人進駐的軍事坑道、1條有人進駐的衛(wèi)生坑道的氣溫、氣濕、風速。結(jié)果 :2 3條無人進駐坑道平均氣溫 8.9℃ ,相對濕度 36 .1%。衛(wèi)生坑道在人員進駐后 ,氣溫由 9.5℃上升到10 .6℃ ,相對濕度由 33.9%上升到 76 .5 %;采取升溫保暖及防潮措施后 ,相對濕度降至 5 5 .0 %,手術(shù)室氣溫上升到 2 0℃左右 ,順利完成外科手術(shù) 2例。結(jié)論 :無人進駐的寒區(qū)坑道氣溫普遍較低。當有人進駐時 ,較強的負輻射易使人體與環(huán)境之間熱能失衡 ,不利于人體健康。升溫保暖及防潮措施對手術(shù)的順利進行是有效的。
