【摘要】：目的分析男性和女性艦員在長遠航期間持續(xù)注意警覺水平變化和差異性,為合理配置艦艇航行值班崗位人員、提升艦艇綜合作戰(zhàn)實力提供參考。方法采用自編人口學資料調(diào)查表與持續(xù)注意力測試對95名艦員(70名男性艦員與25名女性艦員)進行調(diào)查測試,并統(tǒng)計分析數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)果。結(jié)果 95名艦員在長遠航期間的測試反應(yīng)迅速性與判斷正確率均呈先下降后上升趨勢,在航行中期階段最低。男性艦員在航行前準備階段與航行后期階段的平均反應(yīng)時間均不同程度地長于女性艦員,但航行中期階段短于女性艦員(P0.05);男性艦員在航行前準備階段與航行后期階段判斷正確率得分低于女性艦員,而在航行中期階段判斷正確率得分高于女性艦員(P0.05)。結(jié)論艦員持續(xù)注意警覺力水平存在性別差異性。男性注意力穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于女性;女性注意力水平優(yōu)于男性,且起伏較大,受不利因素影響明顯。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the changes and differences of alert level between male and female warships during the long voyage, so as to provide a reference for the rational deployment of naval personnel on duty and the enhancement of the comprehensive combat strength of warships. Methods 95 shipboard members (70 male and 25 female) were investigated by self-made demographic information questionnaire and continuous attention test, and the data were statistically analyzed. Results the speed of test response and the correct rate of judgement of 95 crew members during long voyage showed a tendency of first decreasing and then rising, and the lowest was in the middle stage of voyage. The average response time of male shippers was longer than that of female shippers to varying degrees in both the preparatory and late stages of the voyage. However, the mid-voyage stage was shorter than that of female (P0.05); the scores of male warship officers were lower than that of female shippers in the preparatory stage and the later stage of navigation, while the scores of the accuracy in mid-voyage stage were higher than those of female shippers (P0.05). Conclusion there is a gender difference in the level of continuous attention and alertness of warship personnel. The attention stability of men is better than that of women, and the attention level of women is better than that of men.
