太空和地面環(huán)境發(fā)育雞胚的耳蝸神經(jīng)節(jié)神經(jīng)元形態(tài)比較

【摘要】:目的:探討太空微重力對(duì)雞胚耳蝸神經(jīng)元的形態(tài)發(fā)育有無影響。方法:隨機(jī)選取太空發(fā)育雞胚和地面發(fā)育雞胚各2只,利用計(jì)算機(jī)顯微測(cè)量技術(shù)測(cè)量耳蝸神經(jīng)節(jié)神經(jīng)元截面的面積、周長(zhǎng)、形態(tài)系數(shù),每只雞胚測(cè)量200個(gè)神經(jīng)元。結(jié)果:2只太空發(fā)育雞胚的耳蝸神經(jīng)元截面的面積分別為(109.62±22.56)μm2和(123.63±26.73)μm2,周長(zhǎng)分別為(39.71±4.28)μm和(42.00±4.87)μm,形狀系數(shù)分別為0.865 2±0.048 7和0.872 4±0.058 7。2只地面發(fā)育雞胚的前庭神經(jīng)元截面的面積分別為(118.22±26.82)μm2和(114.08±27.83)μm2,周長(zhǎng)分別為(41.23±4.88)μm和(40.25±5.08)μm,形狀系數(shù)分別為0.864 7±0.061 4和0.872 2±0.048 2。結(jié)論:本研究結(jié)果提示微重力對(duì)耳蝸神經(jīng)元的形態(tài)發(fā)育可能無影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of space microgravity on the morphological development of chicken embryo cochlear neurons. Methods: the area, perimeter and morphological coefficient of the cochlear ganglion neurons were measured by computer micrometer technique. 200 neurons were measured in each chicken embryo. Results the area of the cochlear neurons in the two space developing chicken embryos were (109.62 鹵22.56) 渭 m ~ 2 and (123.63 鹵26.73) 渭 m ~ 2, the perimeter were (39.71 鹵4.28) 渭 m and (42.00 鹵4.87) 渭 m, and the shape coefficients were 0.865 2 鹵0.048 7 and 0.872 4 鹵0.058 7.2, respectively. The area of the vestibular neurons was (39.71 鹵4.28) 渭 m and (42.00 鹵4.87) 渭 m, respectively. The shape coefficients were 0.865 2 鹵0.048 7 and 0.872 4 鹵0.058 7.2, respectively.
