高溫高濕環(huán)境兔顱腦火器傷后HSP70的變化

【摘要】:目的:研究熱休克蛋白70(HSP70)在高溫高濕環(huán)境下顱腦火器傷后的變化及其作用。方法:采用高溫高濕顱腦槍傷模型,新西蘭大白兔24只,隨機分成常溫對照組:(22.0±0.5)℃、RH50%,常溫槍傷組:(22.0±0.5)℃、RH50%,高溫高濕槍傷組(39.0±0.5)℃、RH80%~85%,每組8只。采用Westernblot法檢測腦組織、淋巴細胞HSP70,應用化學發(fā)光和X線片顯示,凝膠圖像分析儀定量分析。結果:顱腦槍傷受高溫高濕環(huán)境作用后,大腦皮層、下丘腦和淋巴細胞的HSP70顯著增高;淋巴細胞中的HSP70與大腦皮層、下丘腦的變化趨勢相一致。結論:腦組織和淋巴細胞中HSP70在高溫高濕環(huán)境顱腦火器傷時顯著增加。
