【摘要】：目的　研究我國軍隊人員衛(wèi)生服務需要和利用的基本情況和特點。方法　采用多階段分層整群隨機抽樣方法抽取華中地區(qū) 2 35 0名軍隊人員 ,進行面對面詢問調查。結果　干部慢性病患病率 139 3‰ ,顯著高于戰(zhàn)士85 2‰ (χ2 =16 6 5 ,P 0 0 1)。門診的服務利用主要集中在 (旅 )團衛(wèi)生隊、營衛(wèi)生所 ,分別占 4 9 10 % ,17 2 4 % ;住院服務利用主要集中在中心醫(yī)院 ,占住院總人數的 6 4 2 1%。結論　軍隊人員衛(wèi)生服務需要及門診、住院服務利用較高 ;應加強對軍隊人員的健康教育 ,同時加大對部隊基層醫(yī)療機構的衛(wèi)生投入。
