【摘要】：目的　研究我國軍隊(duì)人員衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需要和利用的基本情況和特點(diǎn)。方法　采用多階段分層整群隨機(jī)抽樣方法抽取華中地區(qū) 2 35 0名軍隊(duì)人員 ,進(jìn)行面對面詢問調(diào)查。結(jié)果　干部慢性病患病率 139 3‰ ,顯著高于戰(zhàn)士85 2‰ (χ2 =16 6 5 ,P 0 0 1)。門診的服務(wù)利用主要集中在 (旅 )團(tuán)衛(wèi)生隊(duì)、營衛(wèi)生所 ,分別占 4 9 10 % ,17 2 4 % ;住院服務(wù)利用主要集中在中心醫(yī)院 ,占住院總?cè)藬?shù)的 6 4 2 1%。結(jié)論　軍隊(duì)人員衛(wèi)生服務(wù)需要及門診、住院服務(wù)利用較高 ;應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對軍隊(duì)人員的健康教育 ,同時(shí)加大對部隊(duì)基層醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)的衛(wèi)生投入。
