戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)應(yīng)激環(huán)境對(duì)胃功能及其相關(guān)因素影響意義的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,,未來戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的環(huán)境將會(huì)更加殘酷。戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境的應(yīng)激對(duì)于人類產(chǎn)生身心損害也會(huì)更加嚴(yán)重。針對(duì)這一問題,我們?cè)谘芯啃睦硇詰?yīng)激對(duì)胃功能損害的基礎(chǔ)上,通過模仿戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境條件,觀察單一或多種戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境應(yīng)激因素對(duì)胃的運(yùn)動(dòng)功能的損害,其目是為預(yù)防戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)應(yīng)激環(huán)境對(duì)胃功能的損害提供科學(xué)的依據(jù)。 目的:以往人們應(yīng)用單一應(yīng)激因素對(duì)胃的運(yùn)動(dòng)及其相關(guān)因素進(jìn)行了大量的實(shí)驗(yàn)和臨床研究,并對(duì)其相關(guān)的機(jī)理進(jìn)行了探討。但是,對(duì)于戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境對(duì)胃的運(yùn)動(dòng)的及其相關(guān)因素研究相對(duì)較少,尤其是對(duì)于多種、復(fù)合應(yīng)激因素的影響目前研究報(bào)道者鮮見。隨著現(xiàn)代科學(xué)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,未來的戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)狀況會(huì)更加惡劣和緊迫。由此而造成對(duì)人們的應(yīng)激性影響也會(huì)更加嚴(yán)重。所以,研究戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境對(duì)胃腸道功能的損害,具有很重要的使用價(jià)值,為未來戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)中,應(yīng)激損傷的防護(hù),提供可靠的理論依據(jù)。 方法:在建立應(yīng)激模型的基礎(chǔ)上,給予不同試驗(yàn)組以不同的試驗(yàn)干預(yù)手段,采用同步對(duì)比的觀察方法,通過觀察單一應(yīng)激(槍擊音應(yīng)激、睡眠剝奪應(yīng)激)以及復(fù)合環(huán)境應(yīng)激(槍擊音—睡眠剝奪應(yīng)激)對(duì)大鼠胃排空、胃電活動(dòng)、大鼠胃粘膜損害以及與胃運(yùn)動(dòng)和胃粘膜相關(guān)的某些胃腸道激素
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the environment of future war will be more cruel. The stress of war environment will cause more serious damage to human body and mind. In order to solve this problem, on the basis of studying the damage to gastric function caused by psychological stress, we observed the damage of single or multiple stress factors to gastric motor function by imitating the conditions of war environment. Its aim is to provide scientific basis for preventing the damage of gastric function caused by war stress environment. Objective: in the past, a large number of experiments and clinical studies on gastric motility and related factors were carried out with single stress factor, and the related mechanism was discussed. However, there are few studies on the effects of war environment on gastric motility and its related factors, especially on the effects of multiple stress factors. With the development of modern science and technology, the future war environment and situation will be worse and more urgent. As a result, the stress effect on people will be more serious. Therefore, it is of great value to study the damage to gastrointestinal function caused by war environment, which provides a reliable theoretical basis for the protection of stress injury in future war. Methods: on the basis of establishing stress model, different experimental groups were given different experimental intervention methods.
