【摘要】：目的 :調(diào)查了解海南省人群及駐地官兵蟲媒病毒感染情況。方法 :應(yīng)用間接免疫熒光法 (IFA)對海南省駐地部隊和三個地區(qū)共 6 0 7份人血清檢測了 12種蟲媒病毒抗體。結(jié)果 :駐地部隊 385份人血清中 ,黃病毒抗體陽性率為 5.7% ,甲病毒抗體陽性率為 0 .52 % ;海南省當(dāng)?shù)? 2 2份人血清中 ,黃病毒抗體陽性率為 10 .4 % ,甲病毒抗體陽性率為 4 .9%。結(jié)論 :海南省駐地部隊及當(dāng)?shù)厝巳捍嬖谙x媒病毒感染。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the prevalence of arbovirus-borne virus infection among soldiers and soldiers in Hainan Province. Methods: an indirect immunofluorescence assay (IFA) was used to detect 12 kinds of APV antibodies in 607 human serum samples from the resident troops and three districts in Hainan Province. Results: the positive rate of yellow virus antibody was 5.7%, the positive rate of A virus antibody was 0.52%, and the positive rate of yellow virus antibody was 10.4%. The positive rate of antibody against A virus was 4. 9%. Conclusion: arbovirus infection exists in resident troops and local population in Hainan Province.
