【摘要】：目的 :指導(dǎo)部隊(duì)做好心理疏導(dǎo)和咨詢工作 ,保證部隊(duì)官兵身心健康。方法 :從加強(qiáng)機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè)入手 ,重點(diǎn)培養(yǎng)心理疏導(dǎo)和咨詢的技術(shù)人員 ,同時健全組織 ,加強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo) ,將心理疏導(dǎo)工作與思想政治工作有機(jī)結(jié)合。結(jié)果 :官兵心理干預(yù)率達(dá) 90 %,官兵心理問題發(fā)生率明顯降低 ,心理素質(zhì)明顯增強(qiáng)。結(jié)論 :加強(qiáng)心理咨詢機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè) ,培養(yǎng)心理健康教育骨干 ,并且把心理健康教育與思想政治工作有機(jī)結(jié)合 ,是做好部隊(duì)心理健康教育的關(guān)鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective: to guide the army to do psychological counseling and ensure the physical and mental health of officers and soldiers. Methods: starting with strengthening the construction of the organization, we should focus on training the technical personnel of psychological guidance and consultation, perfect the organization, strengthen the leadership, and combine the psychological guidance work with the ideological and political work organically. Results: the psychological intervention rate of officers and soldiers reached 90. The incidence of psychological problems and psychological quality of officers and soldiers were obviously decreased. Conclusion: strengthening the construction of psychological counseling institutions, cultivating the backbone of mental health education, and organically combining mental health education with ideological and political work are the key to do a good job of psychological health education in the army.
