【摘要】：目的通過對"和諧使命-2015"格林納達(dá)站醫(yī)療服務(wù)中,因地制宜調(diào)整醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式的總結(jié),為今后類似島嶼國家醫(yī)療服務(wù)提供借鑒。方法分析到訪國具體情況,與當(dāng)?shù)匦l(wèi)生機(jī)構(gòu)充分溝通,將醫(yī)療模式調(diào)整為多點(diǎn)全科初篩患者,醫(yī)院船重點(diǎn)整體檢查和治療的醫(yī)療服務(wù)模式。結(jié)果服務(wù)期間患者就診流程順暢,醫(yī)療服務(wù)效率明顯提高,成為"和諧使命-2015"任務(wù)中免費(fèi)醫(yī)療人數(shù)、質(zhì)量最高的一站,最大限度地滿足了當(dāng)?shù)孛癖姷尼t(yī)療需求。結(jié)論結(jié)合到訪國實(shí)際情況,對固有醫(yī)療模式進(jìn)行相應(yīng)調(diào)整,在實(shí)際工作中達(dá)到了預(yù)期效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the adjustment of medical service mode in Grenada Station of "harmonious Mission-2015" in order to provide reference for similar island countries in the future. Methods the specific situation of the visiting country was analyzed, and the medical treatment model was adjusted to the medical service mode of multi-point primary screening of patients, the key integral examination and treatment of the hospital vessel, in full communication with the local health institutions. Results during the period of service, the flow of patient consultation was smooth, and the efficiency of medical service was obviously improved. It became the highest quality station in the task of "harmonious Mission-2015", and met the medical needs of the local people to the greatest extent. Conclusion according to the actual situation of the visiting country, the inherent medical model is adjusted accordingly, and the expected effect is achieved in the actual work.
