核潛艇長航對艇員外周血紅細(xì)胞系統(tǒng)的影響

【摘要】:目的研究核潛艇長航對艇員外周血紅細(xì)胞系統(tǒng)的影響,并分析產(chǎn)生影響的可能原因。方法(1)用血液分析儀檢測RBC、HGB、HCT、平均紅細(xì)胞體積(MCV)、平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白(MCH)、平均紅細(xì)胞血紅蛋白濃度(MCHC)、紅細(xì)胞分布寬度(RDW-SD)。(2)采用煌焦油藍(lán)活體染色法檢測網(wǎng)織紅細(xì)胞(RET)數(shù)。(3)用聯(lián)苯胺法測定血漿游離血紅蛋白;用半定量法測定紅細(xì)胞的滲透脆性;用全自動生化分析儀測定血清間接膽紅素。觀察核潛艇艇員長航40 d后各指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果(1)長航后RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV分別為(5.15±0.39)×1012.L-1、(160.4±12.4)g.L-1、(45.9±4.26)%、(91.4±2.93)fl,均明顯高于長航前的檢測值〔(4.86±0.28)×1012.L-1、(152.9±7.61)g.L-1、(44.3±2.07)%、(88.7±2.75)fl,均P0.01)〕。(2)長航后RET(0.024±0.010)明顯高于長航前(0.016±0.011,P0.01)。(3)長航后紅細(xì)胞的滲透脆性完全溶血的NaCl濃度、游離血紅蛋白濃度、間接膽紅素濃度分別為(0.37±0.21)g.mL-1、(167.1±40.8)mg.L-1、(16.59±7.44)μmo.lL-1,均明顯高于長航前的檢測值〔(0.33±0.25)g.mL-1、(51.2±17.2)mg.L-1、(12.02±4.56)μmol.L-1均P0.01〕。結(jié)論核潛艇長航明顯影響艇員外周血紅細(xì)胞系統(tǒng),可導(dǎo)致艇員RBC、HGB、HCT、MCV明顯升高,RET、游離血紅蛋白和血清間接膽紅素明顯升高,紅細(xì)胞脆性加重。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of long voyage of nuclear submarine on erythrocyte system in peripheral blood of crew, and to analyze the possible causes. Methods (1) mean erythrocyte volume (MCV), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin (MCH), mean erythrocyte hemoglobin concentration (MCHC) and erythrocyte distribution width (RDW-SD). (2) were detected by using a blood analyzer for the detection of reticulocyte (RET) numbers by using a lamproar blue staining method. (3) determination of plasma free hemoglobin by benzidine method; The osmotic fragility of erythrocytes was measured by semi-quantitative method and indirect bilirubin was measured by automatic biochemical analyzer.
