不同強(qiáng)度的模擬推拉動(dòng)作致大鼠海馬神經(jīng)元損傷的實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:目的探討不同強(qiáng)度的推拉動(dòng)作所致的推拉效應(yīng)對(duì)大鼠海馬神經(jīng)元損傷的程度和時(shí)相性。方法應(yīng)用動(dòng)物模型評(píng)分、病理、電鏡技術(shù)分別對(duì)不同強(qiáng)度模擬推拉動(dòng)作后大鼠海馬各區(qū)神經(jīng)元損傷情況進(jìn)行檢測(cè)。結(jié)果 1 )動(dòng)物模型評(píng)分 :隨著推拉動(dòng)作強(qiáng)度的加大 ,卒中指數(shù)和神經(jīng)癥狀評(píng)分逐漸增高。 2 )HE染色 :對(duì)照組和± 2Gz暴露后各組及± 6Gz、± 8Gz暴露后的 30min組海馬各區(qū)神經(jīng)元形態(tài)及分布未見(jiàn)異常! 6Gz、± 8Gz暴露后的 6h和 2 4h組可見(jiàn)輕重不等的神經(jīng)元變性。 3)電鏡超微結(jié)構(gòu)檢查 :± 2Gz暴露后 30min和 2 4h組 ,海馬CA1區(qū)神經(jīng)元與正常對(duì)照組比較無(wú)明顯改變! 2Gz暴露后 6h組及± 6Gz、± 8Gz暴露后的 6h和 2 4h實(shí)驗(yàn)組可見(jiàn)大鼠海馬CA1區(qū)部分神經(jīng)元出現(xiàn)程度不等的變性。結(jié)論± 6Gz和± 8Gz暴露后可引起大鼠海馬神經(jīng)元損傷 ,且以± 8Gz暴露后 6h損傷程度最重。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the degree and temporal phase of rat hippocampal neuron injury induced by push-pull action of different intensities. Methods the injury of hippocampal neurons was measured by animal model score, pathology and electron microscopy. Results 1) Animal model score: with the increase of push-pull action intensity, stroke index and neurological symptom score increased gradually. 2) HE staining: the morphology and distribution of hippocampal neurons in control group, 鹵2Gz group and 鹵6Gz group and 鹵8Gz group were not abnormal. 3) Ultrastructural examination of electron microscope: 30min and 24 h after 鹵2Gz exposure; There was no significant change in hippocampal CA1 neurons compared with the normal control group. In the experimental group, there were different degrees of degeneration in the hippocampal CA1 area in the experimental group 6 hours after 鹵2 Gz exposure and in 鹵6 Gz and 鹵8 Gz exposure at 6 h and 24 h after exposure. Conclusion 鹵6 Gz and 鹵8 Gz exposure can induce hippocampal neuron injury in rats, and the most serious injury is 6 h after 鹵8 Gz exposure.
