【摘要】：目的:探討高頻寬景成像超聲在戰(zhàn)士訓(xùn)練傷中的診斷意義。方法:對(duì)駐地120名因訓(xùn)練傷前來(lái)就診的戰(zhàn)士進(jìn)行超聲檢查,其影像結(jié)果均經(jīng)MR或臨床證實(shí)。結(jié)果:高頻超聲對(duì)液性病變的診斷符合率為100%,具有獨(dú)特的優(yōu)勢(shì);在肌肉及肌腱的損傷診斷中,符合率分別為77.4%和92.6%。結(jié)論:超聲檢查操作簡(jiǎn)單,攜帶方便,在戰(zhàn)時(shí)、野外或無(wú)昂貴檢查設(shè)備的條件下,超聲成為應(yīng)急診斷的重要手段之一。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the diagnostic significance of high frequency wide-field imaging ultrasound in soldiers' training injury. Methods: 120 soldiers with training injury were examined by ultrasound, and the results were confirmed by Mr or clinic. Results: the coincidence rate of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of liquid lesions was 100, and the coincidence rate was 77.4% and 92.6% in the diagnosis of muscle and tendon injury, respectively. Conclusion: ultrasonic examination is simple and easy to carry. In wartime, in the field or without expensive inspection equipment, ultrasound becomes one of the important means of emergency diagnosis.
