【摘要】：正2006年1月25日某部新兵訓(xùn)練營發(fā)生風(fēng)疹暴發(fā),4天內(nèi)發(fā)病22例。當(dāng)時(shí)該部有2名新兵因“藥物過敏”到解放軍第四五六醫(yī)院就診,臨床診斷為風(fēng)疹,遂收入院。立即對(duì)該部進(jìn)行醫(yī)學(xué)觀察,至1月28日陸續(xù)又有20例患者因風(fēng)疹或者可疑風(fēng)疹收入院隔離治療。同時(shí)用過氧乙酸消毒該部營區(qū),全體人員接種風(fēng)疹疫苗�；颊呔鶠槟行�,年齡16～21歲�；颊呔邪l(fā)熱及上呼吸道癥狀,大部分患者有皮疹。體溫38℃以上19例�；颊呔诘诙∪粘稣�,有典型皮疹14例,僅面、頸部稀疏皮疹5例,伴頸部、耳后淋巴結(jié)腫大17例。實(shí)驗(yàn)室檢查:22份血樣送濟(jì)南市疾病預(yù)防控制中心免疫室檢測(cè)風(fēng)疹病毒、麻疹病毒IgM抗體。結(jié)果:16例風(fēng)疹I(lǐng)gM抗體陽性
[Abstract]:In January 25, 2006, 22 cases of rubella occurred in boot camp within 4 days. At that time, two recruits were admitted to PLA 456th Hospital because of drug allergy, which was clinically diagnosed as rubella. Medical observation was conducted immediately, and another 20 patients were admitted to the hospital as a result of rubella or suspected rubella on January 28. At the same time, sterilize the camp with peracetic acid and inoculate all personnel with rubella vaccine. All patients were male, aged 16 to 21 years.
