【摘要】：目的搞好駐藏部隊(duì)社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作,確保飲食衛(wèi)生安全,維護(hù)部隊(duì)官兵身體健康。方法依據(jù)國(guó)家《食品衛(wèi)生法》、《軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生防疫工作規(guī)則》、《軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督規(guī)定》和《軍隊(duì)衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督實(shí)施辦法》,對(duì)駐藏部隊(duì)社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作進(jìn)行回顧性分析總結(jié)。結(jié)果總結(jié)出社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督工作的4點(diǎn)基本經(jīng)驗(yàn):(1)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)重視,組織健全,部門(mén)協(xié)同是搞好社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督的前提。(2)加強(qiáng)衛(wèi)生知識(shí)培訓(xùn),提高從業(yè)人員衛(wèi)生素質(zhì)是搞好社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督的基礎(chǔ)。(3)提高監(jiān)測(cè)手段,加強(qiáng)食品監(jiān)控是搞好社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督的關(guān)鍵。(4)加強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)與法規(guī)學(xué)習(xí),提高衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督隊(duì)伍的業(yè)務(wù)水平和依法監(jiān)督能力是搞好社會(huì)化保障飲食衛(wèi)生監(jiān)督的保證。結(jié)論社會(huì)化保障飲食單位飲食衛(wèi)生法規(guī)和制度得到了有效落實(shí),社會(huì)化保障飲食從業(yè)人員的不良衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣明顯改變,飲食衛(wèi)生質(zhì)量明顯提高,從源頭堵住了偽劣假冒食品進(jìn)入部隊(duì)營(yíng)區(qū),杜絕了食物中毒和食源性疾病的發(fā)生,從而為部隊(duì)廣大官兵的身體健康提供了有力的保障。
[Abstract]:Objective to ensure the safety of food hygiene and maintain the health of officers and soldiers in Tibet. Methods according to the National Food Hygiene Law, the rules of military Health and epidemic Prevention, the regulations of military Health Supervision and the implementation of military Health Supervision, the article makes a retrospective analysis and summary on the supervision work of socialized guarantee of diet and hygiene in troops stationed in Tibet. Results four basic experiences in the supervision of diet hygiene in socialized security were summarized: (1) the premise of improving the supervision of food hygiene was to pay attention to, organize well and cooperate with other departments, and (2) to strengthen the training of hygiene knowledge. Improving the health quality of employees is the basis of improving the supervision of socialized guarantee diet hygiene. (3) improving the means of monitoring and strengthening the monitoring of food are the key to do well in the supervision of socialized food and drink hygiene. (4) to strengthen the study of business and regulations, Improving the professional level of health supervision team and the ability of supervision according to law is the guarantee of socialized guarantee of dietary hygiene supervision. Conclusion the rules and regulations of diet hygiene in socialized guarantee diet units have been implemented effectively, and the bad hygiene habits and the quality of diet hygiene have been obviously improved. From the source, the forgery of fake and counterfeit food into the military barracks was stopped, and the occurrence of food poisoning and foodborne diseases was stopped, thus providing a powerful guarantee for the physical health of the army officers and soldiers.
