【摘要】：目的研究長航條件下艦員的心理健康狀況及其影響因素。方法采用隨機抽樣法調查長航官兵172名。在長航前1周用艾森克人格量表(EPQ)、癥狀自評量表(SCL-90)對艦員進行心理健康狀況評估;在長航4個月后,使用SCL-90、疲勞量表-14(FS-14)、阿森斯失眠量表(AIS)等對艦員進行心理測量與調查。通過前后兩次SCL-90量表的總分及各因子得分間的差異檢驗,并將兩次測量結果與軍人常模比較,確定長航對艦員心理健康是否有影響。通過SCL-90總分及各因子(第2次測量)與AIS、FS-14、EPQ的相關關系研究艦員心理健康與睡眠、疲勞、人格特質的關系。以SCL-90為因變量,通過多元線性回歸分析探究在長航條件下影響艦員心理健康的主要因素。結果長航4個月后,艦員心理健康水平遠低于航行前,兩次SCL-90測量間的得分差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。人格特質、睡眠、疲勞與艦員心理健康狀況具有中等程度相關關系(r0.4,P0.01)。多元線性回歸分析顯示神經質、暈船程度、睡眠總分、疲勞總分、工作壓力、精神質、艦艇適應性是SCL-90總分的影響因素。結論海上長時間航行對艦員心理健康有不良影響,暈船程度、人格特質、工作壓力、睡眠、疲勞、艦艇適應性等是影響艦員心理健康的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the mental health status and its influencing factors of ship crew on long voyage. Methods 172 officers and soldiers of long voyage were investigated by random sampling method. The mental health status of the crew was evaluated with the Eysenck Personality scale (EPQ) and symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) one week before long Airlines, and after 4 months with SCL-90, fatigue scale -14 (FS-14) and Ascension Insomnia scale (AIS). Through the difference test between the total score and the factor score of SCL-90 scale before and after, and comparing the results of the two measurements with the military norm, it is determined whether the long voyage has an effect on the mental health of the shippers. The relationship between mental health, sleep, fatigue and personality traits was studied by the correlation between the total score of SCL-90 and various factors (the second measurement) and the AIS-FS-14 EPQ. Taking SCL-90 as dependent variable, the main factors affecting the mental health of shipboard members under the condition of long voyage were investigated by multiple linear regression analysis. Results after 4 months of long voyage, the mental health level of the crew was much lower than that before the voyage, and the difference between the two SCL-90 measurements was statistically significant (P0.01). Personality traits, sleep, fatigue and the mental health of the crew had a moderate correlation (r 0.4 P 0.01). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that neuroticism, seasickness degree, total sleep score, total fatigue score, work stress, mental quality and ship adaptability were the influencing factors of SCL-90 total score. Conclusion long voyage at sea has a negative effect on the mental health of shippers. Seasickness, personality traits, work pressure, sleep, fatigue and ship adaptability are the main factors affecting the mental health of shipboard members.
