【摘要】：目的探討海訓(xùn)對(duì)官兵血漿降鈣素相關(guān)基因肽 (CGRP)水平及心血管系統(tǒng)的影響。方法用放射免疫法測定血漿CGRP濃度 ,用常規(guī)方法檢測血壓、心率 ,分別在海訓(xùn)前、初次和末次海訓(xùn)時(shí)、海訓(xùn)結(jié)束后對(duì)某部 30 0名官兵檢測上述指標(biāo)并加以比較。結(jié)果 :海訓(xùn)前、初次、末次海訓(xùn)時(shí)及 3個(gè)月海訓(xùn)結(jié)束后官兵的血漿CGRP濃度分別為 (4 2 .9± 9.2 )、(4 7.9± 6 .8)、(4 8.9± 7.1)和(4 2 .2± 6 .2 )ng·L- 1,表明訓(xùn)練時(shí)明顯增加 (P 0 .0 1) ,訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后恢復(fù)正常 ;末次訓(xùn)練時(shí)收縮壓為 (19.2± 1.5 )kPa、舒張壓為 (11.9± 0 .9)kPa、心率為 (12 7.0± 8.4 )b·min- 1較訓(xùn)練前及訓(xùn)練結(jié)束后顯著升高 (P 0 .0 1) ,但與初次訓(xùn)練時(shí)比較無顯著差異 (P 0 .0 5 ) ;末次海訓(xùn)時(shí)指戰(zhàn)員血漿CGRP值與血壓、心率有顯著相關(guān)性 (P 0 .0 1)。結(jié)論海訓(xùn)時(shí)官兵心血管系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生一定的變化 ,可能與血漿降鈣素相關(guān)基因肽水平有關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of sea training on plasma calcitonin related gene peptide (CGRP) and cardiovascular system. Methods Plasma CGRP concentration was measured by radioimmunoassay, blood pressure and heart rate were measured by routine method. The above indexes were detected and compared among 300 officers and soldiers before, at the first and the last sea training, respectively. Results: the plasma levels of CGRP were (42.9 鹵9.2), (47.9 鹵6.8), () and (42.2 鹵6.2) ng / L ~ (-1) ng / L, respectively, before, at the first, the last and the end of three months' training, respectively, indicating that the plasma levels of CGRP increased significantly during training (P < 0.01). After training, systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) were (19.2 鹵1.5) KPA, (11.9 鹵0.9) KPA, and heart rate (127.0 鹵8.4) bmin-1 were significantly higher than those before and after training (P < 0.01). But there was no significant difference compared with the initial training (P0. 05), and there was a significant correlation between plasma CGRP and blood pressure and heart rate during the last training (P 0. 01). Conclusion the changes of cardiovascular system during sea training may be related to plasma calcitonin-related gene peptide level.
