【摘要】：目的探討度米芬滲透泵片在額面部火器傷軟組織損傷的抗菌作用。方法10只犬采用鋼珠彈致傷額面部,度米芬滲透泵片植入傷口,高效液相色譜法測定軟組織傷后各時間點的藥物濃度,觀察用藥前后損傷組織的病理改變,并截取用藥前后不同時間組織做需氧及厭氧培養(yǎng)。結果度米芬滲透泵片在組織內藥物濃度高,傷后24h內放置度米芬滲透泵片的額面?zhèn)M織繼發(fā)損傷輕,無明顯感染。未用藥的傷口組織近傷道0.8cm內嚴重壞死,傷口24h周圍組織炎性反應明顯,壞死呈進行性加重,且6h開始出現細菌感染。隨時間的延長,感染的細菌明顯增多,以需氧菌為主。結論度米芬滲透泵片是額面部火器傷軟組織感染預防用藥的有效方法之一。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the antibacterial effect of domefen osmotic pump tablet on soft tissue injury of frontal and facial firearm injury. Methods 10 dogs were injured by bead projectile, and Dumifen osmotic pump was implanted into the wound. The concentration of drugs at different time points after soft tissue injury was measured by HPLC, and the pathological changes of injured tissue were observed before and after treatment. The aerobic and anaerobic culture were performed at different time before and after treatment. Results the drug concentration of Dumifen osmotic pump tablet was high in tissue. The injury of frontal injury tissue with domefen osmotic pump tablet placed within 24 hours after injury was mild and no obvious infection was found. The untreated wound tissue was severely necrosed in the proximal wound tract 0.8cm, the inflammatory reaction around the wound 24 h was obvious, the necrosis was gradually aggravated, and the bacterial infection began to appear at 6 h. With the extension of time, the number of infected bacteria increased obviously, mainly aerobic bacteria. Conclusion Dumifen osmotic pump tablet is one of the effective methods to prevent soft tissue infection of frontal and facial firearm injury.
