提高人體血液重新分布適應性訓練方法的研究

【摘要】:目的檢驗反復體位改變訓練在提高人體對血液重新分布適應性方面的有效性 ,尋找可行的訓練方法。方法 1 2名被試者隨機分為A、B兩組 ,每組 6人 ,分別接受 1 1d共 9次的A模式和B模式 (頭低位、頭高位快速交替 )的反復體位改變訓練。訓練前、后進行頭低位 (HDT - 30°/30min)耐力檢查和立位耐力檢查 ,以評價訓練效果。結(jié)果 1 ) 2種模式的反復體位改變訓練均提高了被試者的HDT耐力 ;與訓練前相比 ,訓練后在HDT耐力檢查中 ,B組的癥狀得分明顯小于A組 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,B組心率降幅明顯增加 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,說明B模式的訓練在提高HDT耐力方面的效果較好 ;2 )兩種模式的反復體位改變訓練均使被試者的立位耐力有一定程度的改善 ;與訓練前相比 ,訓練后在立位耐力檢查中 ,B組平均動脈壓增幅明顯增加 (P 0 .0 5 ) ,心率的增幅呈現(xiàn)小于A組的趨勢 (P 0 .1 0 ) ,說明B模式的訓練在提高立位耐力方面的效果略好。結(jié)論反復體位改變訓練可提高人體對血液重新分布的適應性 ;B模式是相對較好的訓練方法 ,有望在航天員血液重新分布適應訓練中得到應用。
[Abstract]:Objective to test the effectiveness of repeated posture change training in improving the adaptability of human body to blood redistribution, and to find a feasible training method. Methods Twelve subjects were randomly divided into two groups: group A (n = 6) and group B (n = 6). They were trained for 11 days and 9 times in mode A and mode B respectively. Before and after training, head-low (HDT-30 擄/ 30 min) endurance tests and orthostatic endurance tests were performed to evaluate the training effect. Results 1) repeated postural changes in both models improved the HDT endurance of the subjects compared with those before training. After training, the score of symptoms in group B was significantly lower than that in group A (P0. 05), and the decrease of heart rate in group B was significantly higher than that in group B (P0. 01). It shows that the training of mode B has a better effect on improving HDT stamina. 2) the repeated changes in posture of both modes can improve the standing endurance of the subjects to some extent, compared with those before training. After training, the mean arterial pressure increased significantly in group B (P0. 05), and the increase of heart rate was smaller than that in group A (P 0. 100), which indicated that the training of mode B had a slightly better effect in improving standing endurance. Conclusion repeated posture change training can improve the adaptability of human body to blood redistribution. It is a relatively good training method, and it is expected to be applied in the blood redistribution adaptation training of astronauts.
