【摘要】：為建立空氣潛水減壓病大鼠模型,選用成年清潔級(jí)SD大鼠,以適當(dāng)"壓力—時(shí)程—減壓速率"高氣壓暴露方案處理,分組如下:(1)600kPa-90min暴露-200kPa/min減壓(n=8);(2)700kPa-90min暴露-200kPa/min減壓(n=8);(3)700kPa-100min暴露-100kPa/min減壓(n=8);(4)700kPa-100min暴露-200kPa/min減壓(n=37)。出艙后置于轉(zhuǎn)籠中以3m/min速度運(yùn)動(dòng)30min。從整體行為學(xué)、大體及顯微病理學(xué)、炎癥反應(yīng)等方面篩選建立評(píng)估指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)控制高氣壓暴露的"壓力—時(shí)程—減壓速率"以及轉(zhuǎn)籠運(yùn)動(dòng)方法,能制備出具有穩(wěn)定發(fā)病率的大鼠減壓病模型,并能很好地觀測(cè)。建立了包括行為學(xué)、肺和中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)大體病理和顯微病理以及炎性指標(biāo)在內(nèi)的模型評(píng)估體系。能根據(jù)需要建立特定發(fā)病率的減壓病大鼠模型,建立的評(píng)估體系能很好地反映模型的病情。
[Abstract]:In order to establish the model of air-diving decompression sickness rats, adult SD rats of clean grade were selected and treated with the appropriate "pressure-time-decompression rate" high pressure exposure scheme. The groups were as follows: (1) 600kPa-90min exposure -200kPa / min decompression (NW 8); (2) 700kPa-90min exposure -200kPar / min exposure (N3) 700kPa-100min exposure -100kPaP / min decompression (NN8); (4) 700kPa-100min exposure -200kPa / min decompression (N37). Out of the cabin in the cage at 3m/min speed for 30 minutes. The evaluation index system was established from the aspects of global behavior, gross and microscopic pathology, inflammatory reaction and so on. By controlling the "pressure-time-decompression rate" and cage movement method of high pressure exposure, a rat model of decompression sickness with stable incidence can be established and observed well. A model evaluation system including behavioral, gross pathology and micropathology of lung and central nervous system (CNS) and inflammatory markers was established. The model of decompression sickness can be established according to the need, and the evaluation system can well reflect the condition of the model.
