【摘要】：現(xiàn)場(chǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)救護(hù)是核化條件下醫(yī)學(xué)救治的第一級(jí) ,在整個(gè)醫(yī)學(xué)救治中占有主導(dǎo)的地位。為了提高核化條件下的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)救護(hù)能力和救治質(zhì)量 ,確保核化武器襲擊時(shí)醫(yī)學(xué)救治任務(wù)的完成 ,盡力減輕核化武器給公眾所帶來(lái)的傷害 ,應(yīng)加強(qiáng)這方面的研究工作�，F(xiàn)場(chǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)救護(hù)應(yīng)遵循快速有效、先重后輕、邊發(fā)現(xiàn)邊搶救、對(duì)危重傷員先搶救后除污及保護(hù)搶救者的原則。它的基本任務(wù)包括 :①按現(xiàn)場(chǎng)醫(yī)學(xué)救護(hù)原則對(duì)傷員進(jìn)行緊急醫(yī)學(xué)處理 ;②初步估計(jì)人員受照劑量、污染程度或化學(xué)毒劑類型 ,進(jìn)行初步分類診斷 ;③對(duì)人員進(jìn)行初步去污處理 ,盡早使用抗放藥物或抗化學(xué)毒劑藥物 ;④收集、留取可供人員受照劑量及毒劑鑒定的物品和生物樣品 ;⑤根據(jù)分類診斷 ,盡
[Abstract]:Field medical rescue is the first level of medical treatment under nuclear conditions and plays a leading role in the whole medical treatment. In order to improve the ability and quality of field medical rescue under the condition of nuclear and chemical weapons, to ensure the completion of medical treatment task during the attack of nuclear and chemical weapons, and to reduce the harm caused by nuclear and chemical weapons to the public, we should strengthen the research work in this field. Field medical rescue should follow the principle of quick and effective, first heavy and then light, while finding and rescuing, first rescuing the critically wounded and then removing dirt and protecting rescuers. Its basic tasks include carrying out emergency medical treatment according to the principle of medical rescue on the spot and preliminary estimating the radiation dose, the degree of contamination or the type of chemical agent, and making the preliminary classification diagnosis. (3) preliminary decontamination of personnel, early use of anti-radiation drugs or anti-chemical agents, collection of drugs, and retention of articles and biological samples that can be used for personnel exposure and identification of toxic agents.
