【摘要】：目的從高原官兵負(fù)性認(rèn)知加工特征著手,探討高原官兵心理健康狀況,以及負(fù)性認(rèn)知加工偏向與抑郁情緒間關(guān)系。方法選擇負(fù)性認(rèn)知加工偏向問卷和流行抑郁量表,采用整群抽樣,對4 635名高原某部留駐官兵進(jìn)行心理測評。結(jié)果 (1)在注意偏向方面,年齡(F=10.38,P0.01)、軍齡(F=7.66,P0.01)、文化程度(F=4.17,P0.05)和職別(F=11.49,P0.01)差異存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;(2)在記憶偏向方面,年齡(F=3.72,P0.01)、軍齡(F=4.11,P0.01)、文化程度(F=13.27,P0.01)和職別(F=9.57,P0.01)差異存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;(3)在解釋偏向方面,年齡(F=15.05,P0.01)、軍齡(F=11.20,P0.01)、文化程度(F=19.31,P0.01)和職別(F=24.76,P0.01)差異均存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;(4)在沉思偏向方面,只有年齡(F=5.98,P0.01)、軍齡(F=6.93,P0.01)和職別(F=6.96,P0.01)方面差異存在統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義;(5)負(fù)性認(rèn)知加工偏向的4個因子與抑郁檢出之間均存在相關(guān)性(r_(注意)=0.43,r_(記憶)=0.47,r_(解釋)=0.46,r_(沉思)=0.58,P0.01)。結(jié)論負(fù)性認(rèn)知加工偏向是抑郁易感者和抑郁患者的重要特征。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the mental health status of officers and soldiers at high altitude and the relationship between negative cognitive processing bias and depression. Methods negative cognitive processing bias questionnaire and epidemic depression scale were used to evaluate the psychological status of 4635 officers and soldiers in a plateau. Results (1) in the aspect of attention bias, there were significant differences in age (F = 10.38 / P0.01), military age (F = 7.66 / P0.01), educational level (F = 4.17 / P 0.05) and occupation (F = 11.49 / P0.01); (2) there were significant differences in memory bias, There were statistically significant differences in age (F3.72 / P0.01), military age (F4.11P0.01), educational level (F13.27 / P0.01) and occupation (F9.57 / P0.01); (3) in terms of interpretation bias, age (F15.05 / P0.01), military service (F11.20 / P0.01), educational level (F19.31 / P0.01) and occupation (F24.76 / P0.01). There were significant differences in age (F = 5.98), military age (F = 6.93 / P0.01) and occupation (F = 6.96 / P0.01), and (5) there was a correlation between the four factors of negative cognitive processing bias and the detection of depression (r _ (attention) 0.43 r _ (memory) 0.47r _ (explanation) 0.46r _ (pondering) 0.58P _ 0.01). Conclusion negative cognitive processing bias is an important feature of depressive predisposition and depressive patients.
