5種藏成藥對進(jìn)藏新兵某些呼吸生理指標(biāo)的影響

【摘要】:目的從富含抗缺氧藥物成分的藏成藥中尋找能增強(qiáng)官兵快速習(xí)服高原缺氧環(huán)境能力的藥物。方法觀察洛布桑、諾迪康、藏王寶、紅景天、地奧心血康 5種藏藥對某部 1 72名新兵進(jìn)藏前后的肺活量、呼出氣體O2 和CO2 濃度的變化。結(jié)果進(jìn)藏后各組新兵肺活量值和呼出氣體O2 濃度均比進(jìn)藏前下降非常顯著 (P 0 .0 1 ) ,而呼出氣體CO2 濃度則比進(jìn)藏前升高非常顯著(P 0 .0 1 )。進(jìn)藏前后的肺活量差值以洛布桑組最小 (1 72 .3± 2 35 .0 ) ,其次是諾迪康組 (1 84 .5±1 5 8.7)和藏王寶組 (1 97.5± 2 0 4 .2 ) ;呼出氣體O2 濃度差值以洛布桑組最大 (1 .9± 1 .0 ) ,并與對照組 (1 .3± 0 .9)比較差異顯著 (P 0 .0 5 ) ;呼出氣體CO2 濃度差值也以洛布桑組 (- 2 .2± 0 .9)最大 ,與對照組 (- 1 .3± 0 .5 )比較差異非常顯著 (P 0 .0 1 )。結(jié)論洛布?梢蕴岣邫C(jī)體攝取O2 和排除CO2 的能力 ,有利于機(jī)體對高原缺氧的習(xí)服。
[Abstract]:Objective To find a new drug which can enhance the oxygen - deficient ability of officers and soldiers in the Tibetan medicine rich in anti - anoxia medicine . The changes of lung activity , exhaled gas O2 and CO2 concentration were observed before and after the accumulation of 1 72 new recruits . Results The pulmonary activity and O2 concentration of the new recruits were significantly higher than those before the accumulation ( P 0.01 ) , while the CO2 concentration of exhaled gas was significantly higher than that before the accumulation ( P 0.01 ) . Compared with control group ( - 2.2 鹵 0.9 ) , the difference of CO2 concentration in exhaled gas was significantly higher than that in control group ( - 2.2 鹵 0.9 ) ( P 0.01 ) . Conclusion Lobosan can improve the ability of the organism to take O2 and remove CO2 , which is beneficial to the body ' s habit of hypoxia in the plateau .
