【摘要】：目的分析檢測密閉環(huán)境中懸浮顆粒物上附著微生物的種類及數(shù)量 ,為航天器艙內(nèi)大氣污染的控制和監(jiān)測提供參考依據(jù)。方法依據(jù)U .S .AEPAIP 1 0方法 ,在密閉環(huán)境中用大流量沖擊式采樣器分 3級連續(xù)采樣 ,顆粒物的空氣動力學(xué)直徑 (AD)分別為 :1 0 0 μm≥AD 1 0 μm、1 0 μm≥AD 2 μm及AD≤ 2 μm。選擇室外較潔凈空氣以同樣方法采樣作為對照。對采集的顆粒物精密稱量。分別培養(yǎng)顆粒物上的吸附微生物 ,并進(jìn)行分離鑒定和分類計(jì)數(shù)。結(jié)果計(jì)算出密閉環(huán)境中總懸浮顆粒物 (TSP)、可吸入顆粒物 (IP)的質(zhì)量濃度。檢測出密閉環(huán)境中懸浮顆粒物上附著的微生物的種類包括 :細(xì)菌 6
