蘭州軍區(qū)醫(yī)源性輻射防護研究與實踐

【摘要】:目的對蘭州軍區(qū)醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生單位醫(yī)源性輻射的設(shè)備防護性能、射線產(chǎn)生的自由基對DNA損傷、放射工作人員個人劑量監(jiān)測和放射防護管理等方面進行研究和實踐,旨在提高輻射防護水平和質(zhì)量。方法按照國家相關(guān)標準進行放射工作場所輻射防護監(jiān)測;采用軍事醫(yī)學科學院研制的診斷X射線機質(zhì)量保證檢測箱進行質(zhì)量保證檢測。根據(jù)《軍隊放射防護監(jiān)督實施辦法》進行輻射防護監(jiān)督管理。結(jié)果對62臺不達標X射線機進行防護改造,超標點由原來的79%下降至改造后的10.4%。軍區(qū)醫(yī)用診斷X射線機房防護狀況進行監(jiān)測。質(zhì)量保證監(jiān)測了22臺醫(yī)用診斷X射線機中,除進口的1臺攝影機及1臺透視機全部指標合格外,其余的均有一項或數(shù)項指標未達標。射線產(chǎn)生的自由基使DNA合成持續(xù)抑制,為不可恢復的模板型損傷。結(jié)論通過長期監(jiān)督監(jiān)測,蘭州軍區(qū)放射工作場所環(huán)境防護有了較大的改善;診斷X射線機質(zhì)量保證質(zhì)量控制水平有待進一步提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and practice the equipment protection performance of iatrogenic radiation in medical and health units of Lanzhou military region, DNA damage caused by free radicals produced by radiation, personal dose monitoring and radiation protection management of radiation workers. The aim is to improve the level and quality of radiation protection. Methods Radiological protection monitoring was carried out according to the relevant national standards, and the quality assurance test box of diagnostic X-ray machine developed by the Academy of military Medical Sciences was used for quality assurance inspection. Radiation protection supervision and administration shall be carried out in accordance with the measures for the Supervision of radiation Protection in the Army. Results 62 non-standard X-ray machines were retrofitted and the over-punctuation points decreased from 79% to 10.4%. The medical diagnostic X-ray engine room of the military region was monitored. Quality assurance monitored 22 medical diagnostic X-ray machines. Except for the imported one camera and one fluoroscopy machine, one or more of the other indexes were not up to the standard. The free radicals produced by radiation inhibit DNA synthesis continuously and are unrecoverable template damage. Conclusion through long-term supervision and monitoring, the environmental protection in the radiation workplace of Lanzhou military region has been greatly improved, and the quality assurance quality control level of diagnostic X-ray machine needs to be further improved.
