【摘要】：目的:研究尾吊模擬失重狀態(tài)下大鼠胃竇和空腸黏膜白介素2(interleukin-2,IL-2)及生長(zhǎng)抑素(somatostatin,SS)免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞的變化. 方法:采用尾部懸吊模擬失重,將大鼠分為懸吊14 d組和28 d組及相應(yīng)同步對(duì)照組.以免疫組織化學(xué)方法,觀察大鼠胃竇和空腸黏膜IL-2及SS免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞的變化. 結(jié)果:與正常對(duì)照組相比,在胃竇部黏膜14 d尾部懸吊大鼠IL-2免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞有下降趨勢(shì),但統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析無(wú)明顯差異,28 d懸吊組則明顯減少(P0.01);14 d和28 d懸吊組SS免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞均明顯減少(P0.01).與正常對(duì)照相比, 在空腸黏膜14 d及28 d懸吊組IL-2免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞無(wú)明顯變化(P0.05);14 d及28 d懸吊組SS免疫反應(yīng)細(xì)胞減少(P0.05及P0.01). 結(jié)論:模擬失重狀態(tài)下,IL-2在大鼠胃竇部的表達(dá)下降. 在空腸變化不明顯;而SS在大鼠胃竇及空腸的表達(dá)均下降. 提示其免疫及內(nèi)分泌功能發(fā)生了改變.
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the changes of interleukin 2 (IL 2) and somatostatin (SS) immunoreactive cells in gastric antrum and jejunum mucosa of rats under simulated weightlessness. Methods: tail suspension was used to simulate weightlessness. Rats were divided into 14 d group, 28 d group and corresponding control group. The changes of IL-2 and SS immunoreactive cells in gastric antrum and jejunum were observed by immunohistochemical method. Results: compared with the normal control group, the IL-2 immunoreactive cells of rats suspended from the tail of gastric antrum mucosa at 14 days showed a decreasing trend. However, there was no significant difference in the SS immunoreactive cells between the 28 day suspension group and the 28 day suspension group. Compared with the control group, there was no significant change in IL-2 immunoreactive cells in the jejunal mucosal suspension group on the 14th and 28th days after suspension. The SS immunoreactive cells in the 14 and 28 days suspension groups were decreased by P0.05 and P0.01 respectively. Conclusion: under simulated weightlessness, the expression of IL-2 in gastric antrum of rats was decreased. The expression of SS in gastric antrum and jejunum decreased. The results suggest that the immune and endocrine functions of the patients have changed.
